    Aufgaben
    • Serve as primary point of contact between the business and IT for MM related processes
    • Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of SAP MM functionalities
    • Provide first level support for SAP MM users, resolving issues and manage escalations
    • Conduct user training sessions and create user Manuals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of MM with other SAP modules
    • Perform data validation, analysis and cleanup to ensure accuracy of procurement master data
    • Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and UAT during SAP system updates or project rollouts

    Profil
    • Vocational training in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business informatics, production
      engineering, or industrial engineering)
    • Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module and Ariba) and knowledge of SAP integration points between modules
    • Experience in process documentation, user training, and change Management
    • SAP training or certification
    • Familiarity with master data management
    • Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial

    We are looking for a Senior Principal Analog Designer to act as the primary technical interface between R&D and the Foundry Product Line.
    The role focuses on enabling external customers to design in our technologies through a reusable analog IP library that supports our customers.

    Analog IP Portfolio Ownership

    • Manage and maintain the full catalog of analog and mixed signal IPs (ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, oscillators, PLLs, LDOs, PORs, sensors, IO/ESD, memories, etc.)
    • Provide complete models, verification data, simulation test benches, documentation, and IP revision/history tracking
    • Maintain structured bug tracking and customer notification flows
    • Facilitate internal reuse by ensuring IPs are robust, documented, and straightforward to integrate into product designs

    Foundry Interface

    • Act as the main R&D contact for the Foundry Product Line
    • Represent analog and mixed signals design requirements in foundry related discussions
    • Interaction With Corporate functions & BL RD
    • Collaborate closely with central R&D / technology development teams on PDK, device models, design rules, simulation views, and technology options

    IP Strategy & Gap Analysis

    • Assess completeness of the IP portfolio and actively contribute to building the roadmap of IP based on customer demands
    • Drive make or buy evaluations and proposals for new IP developments based on customer and business needs
    • Serve as main interface to and manage 3rd parties providing IPs in a "buy" model

    Technical Leadership

    • Oversee a small team of IP design engineers developing IP blocks for foundry customers
    • Technical guidance and design review / design challenge for IP blocks being designed by other IP design engineers
    • Hands-on design of most critical / most challenging IP blocks
    • Planning timelines, workload and related capacity

    • University degree in Electronics or other related technical education
    • 12+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
    • Deep expertise in key analog domains (data converters, references, oscillators/PLLs, LDOs, IO/ESD, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of CMOS 0.18 µm class technologies and PDK/modeling flows
    • Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers and cross functional technical teams
    • Experience with IP reuse, release flows, IP-centric development flows and quality management is highly preferred
    • Knowledge of English is mandatory, German is an advantage

    • Lead technical development and toplevel lead for power management projects
    • Support power device development and optimization
    • Drive methodology improvements and guidelines across projects

    • 15+ years of experience in analog and mixed signal integrated circuit layout
    • Knowledge of analog and mixed signal blocks (e.g. ADC, DAC, LDO's, LNA's, PGA, Bandgap circuits…) and layout techniques (e.g. matching, shielding, star point routing…)
    • Knowledge on ESD, Latch Up effects and the Layout techniques to prevent problems and possible layout solutions to prevent IR-Drop, Voltage Drop
    • Deep experience in debugging check results (e.g. Design Rule Check, Layout versus Schematic…)
    • Experience of relevant EDA tools for IC design (preferably with Cadence Design Framework / Siemens Calibre Checktool)
    • Analytical mind for solving complex problems
    • Communication skills: ability to clearly explain technical issues within the team
    • Team oriented, committed to deadlines and development discipline
    • High level of commitment and flexibility - Taking ownership to "make it happen"
    • Strong team player with a visible "what's best for the company" mentality
    • Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage

    The person is responsible for validation Engineering activities including characterization of Power Management and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) and design of printed circuit boards. Takes care of development of product specific automated measurements with user friendly GUI (e.g. using programming tools LabVIEW, C#, Python or company specific programming environment).
    Debugging and executing the automated tests in the laboratory. Performs analysis and documentation of the test data. Understand how own work integrates within the corresponding function, with focus on own work team.

    • Develop validation requirements specification based on design specification and support from Design team
    • Interpreting customer requirements and developing validation schedules
    • Develop Evaluation test board (PCB) for IC validation and automated Evaluation test software, debug test system and run correlation samples

    • Discuss and report findings with design team
    • For evaluation support, run tests with higher granularity and support serialized data

    The Senior Principal Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer leads and mentors a distributed team of Mixed Signal Verification Engineers, ensuring technical excellence, consistent methodologies and continuous people development and knowledge sharing across all sites. Manages internal teams and external design house partners, balancing workloads, scaling resources and ensuring predictable execution in environments with fluctuating demand. Acts as the primary interface for R&D leaders, Project Managers, and Technical Leads, driving planning, task sequencing, risk mitigation and resource allocation for all verification activities. Owns and drives the AMS/DMS verification methodology and long term roadmap, ensuring alignment of tools, flows, standards and strategic technology decisions throughout the organization.

    • Develops and leads the maintenance of high quality AMS/DMS behavioral models and reusable model libraries (EEnet/UDN), defining modeling standards and ensuring consistency across products
    • Runs DMS simulations and correlates them with transistor level Spectre results, performing root cause analysis, refining models, and using analog judgment to distinguish real circuit issues from modeling limitations
    • Builds, extends, and maintains DMS verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM MS, including testbenches, mixed signal assertions, critical scenarios, and coverage. Also designs and maintains the mixed signal regression infrastructure (capacity, debugging, failure analysis)
    • Executes verification across PVT variations and interprets corner results effectively
    • Automates simulation execution, data analysis, correlation, and reporting using Python to improve efficiency and traceability
    • Analyzes schematics, predicts circuit behavior, and solves complex analog or mixed signal problems independently
    • Defines AMS/DMS coverage metrics and formal sign off criteria, including coverage closure, transistor level correlation, interface validation, and specification compliance
    • Collaborates effectively with Digital Design, SoC Verification, Firmware, and Architecture teams to ensure proper functional integration and interface consistency

    • University degree in Electronics or other related technical education
    • 10+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design or analog verification with direct involvement in projects through tape-out or product completion
    • Deep analog circuit expertise applied to DMS verification using SystemVerilog EEnet/UDN, accurately modeling real world effects such as loading, impedance interactions, noise and non idealities
    • Strong expertise in analog circuits (op amps, references, ADC/DAC architectures, low noise front ends, sensor interfaces, bio signal circuits)
    • Deep knowledge of analog performance metrics (offset, drift, noise, CMRR, PSRR, THD, SFDR, ENOB, bandwidth, settling time, INL/DNL, stability)
    • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex analog concepts to cross-functional teams

    As Product Manager, you are accountable for the end‑to‑end management of a PMIC (Power Management IC) portfolio — from concept and definition through development, launch, and lifecycle steering — while translating Product Line direction into execution and measurable outcomes.

    • Translate Product Line priorities into new product concepts and value propositions for targeted applications
    • Drive portfolio execution across the full lifecycle: definition, development, launch readiness, and lifecycle optimization
    • Build, track, and continuously steer product business justifications across the lifecycle (not "set-and-forget")
    • Orchestrate cross-functional execution (engineering, operations, marketing, sales) to reach pricing, margin, and cost targets
    • Build early proof points with priority customers and focus on PMIC plays such as attached/bundled PMICs, customer‑specific PMICs, and selective open‑market derivatives as described in the strategy materials.
    • Greenfield build: you shape a new PMIC portfolio from the ground up
    • Strong strategic backbone: clear direction toward low‑voltage, multi‑channel, and application‑specific PMICs with differentiation potential

    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent qualification
    • 5+ years in B2B semiconductor product management (power, analog/mixed-signal, drivers, sensors, or adjacent)
    • Proven track record driving business cases, pricing frameworks, and lifecycle steering in matrix organizations
    • Strong customer-facing experience: translating application needs into product concepts and roadmap decisions
    • Comfortable working with engineering on trade-offs (performance/cost/schedule) and with commercial teams on positioning and funnel progress

    • Proactively bring technical market/application insights and "unsolicited" system learnings into product discussions
    • Translate customer system needs into technically coherent solution concepts and requirement inputs (what/when trade-offs)
    • Collaborate with engineering to review feasibility and improve existing solutions for target applications

    Downstream (technical glue & customer success)

    • Create technical collateral that enables adoption: datasheets, solution pages, whitepapers, application narratives, and technical pitch content
    • Drive customer technical engagements, removing blockers to design-ins and design-wins
    • Support the "proof points" push by helping translate pilots into pipeline with measurable milestones

    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Microelectronics, or equivalent qualification
    • 10+ years in systems engineering / applications / technical marketing in semiconductors (power management preferred; analog/mixed-signal strongly relevant)
    • Strong system thinking: can reason from customer architecture → requirements → solution narrative
    • Comfortable with customer-facing technical discussions, including escalation handling and structured problem solving
    • Proven experience producing technical documentation and enablement collateral used by Sales/FAEs/customers
    • Works effectively with R&D, understands trade-offs (efficiency, noise, thermal, integration, cost, schedule)
    • Excellent spoken and written English; basic understanding of German is a plus

    • Serve as primary point of contact between the business and IT for MM related processes
    • Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of SAP MM functionalities
    • Provide first level support for SAP MM users, resolving issues and manage escalations
    • Conduct user training sessions and create user Manuals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of MM with other SAP modules
    • Perform data validation, analysis and cleanup to ensure accuracy of procurement master data
    • Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and UAT during SAP system updates or project rollouts

    • Vocational training in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business informatics, production
      engineering, or industrial engineering)
    • Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module and Ariba) and knowledge of SAP integration points between modules
    • Experience in process documentation, user training, and change Management
    • SAP training or certification
    • Familiarity with master data management
    • Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial
