In the role of Supervisor Data Centre (m/f/d), you will lead a technical on-site team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain professional customer relationships.     Aufgaben
    • Leadership & team development: You take on both technical and disciplinary leadership of the technical on-site team. You support the development of your team members and create a high-performing, trust-based working environment.
    • Operational management: You ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the data centre - from task coordination and service delivery to escalation management and occupational safety.
    • Resource and capacity planning: You plan shifts efficiently, allocate staff and equipment effectively and ensure high utilization.
    • Processes & continuous improvement: You analyse relevant KPIs, identify improvement potential and implement measures to establish lean, structured and sustainable processes.
    • Customer communication & stakeholder management: You communicate professionally with customers, act as a representative of the company and ensure that service levels, standards and expectations are met.
    • Facility & safety management: You are responsible for facility-related topics, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirements and maintain a safe, well-organized working environment.

    Profil
    • You are flexible, resilient and confident in critical, fast-paced technical environments.
    • You work in a structured, organized way and have high quality standards.
    • You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently - both internally and externally.
    • You can manage several priorities at the same time without losing sight of the bigger picture.
    • Experience in logistics, data centres or white-glove services is an advantage.
    • You have very good user knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office/Office 365).
    • You understand team dynamics, reporting structures and customer-oriented operational processes.
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential.

    Wir bieten

    The starting salary for this position is €3,600.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.

    • Logistics and Systems Experience: Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments. Ideally, knowledge of SAP EWM or experience as a Key User, Super User, or Power User of an ERP or Warehouse Management System.
    • IT and Process Understanding: Basic understanding of IT processes, ticket management, and system-supported workflows.
    • Language Skills: Very good English skills are required. German language skills are an advantage.
    • Working Style and Accountability: Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach to work, combined with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
