  Aufgaben

  In this role, you will automate software tools, build workflows, and create digital environments to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. You will develop and maintain software solutions while integrating new tools into the AT&S systems landscape. As part of the Electronics Service Hub, you will contribute to high quality, reliable processes and enable new digital capabilities for internal and external customers.

  • Develop extensions, scripts, and automation solutions based on internal priorities to enable a more efficient workstyle.
  • Maintain existing software tools and migrate them to new platforms in alignment with IT guidelines.
  • Work within defined software development environments to ensure compatibility and seamless integration across departments.
  • Optimize browser based graphical user interfaces to improve usability and operational efficiency.
  • Define working environments according to IT guidelines and document integrations as part of standard business processes.
  • Integrate newly developed tools into the AT&S systems landscape to support streamlined workflows.
  • Translate requirements into automation logic and support cross department digital workflows through robust software solutions.

  
  Profil

  • Completed technical education (HTL or comparable)
  • Proven experience in software development, scripting, automation engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related automation tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C, JavaScript, and Visual Basic, with experience in automation, system level tasks, UI development, or legacy integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, basic Linux (SUSE), workflow tools (SharePoint, MSSQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph), and system integration.
  • Familiarity with development environments, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes, and AI assisted workflows.
  • Strong problem solving mindset, self organized working style, and ability to work independently in a newly established service area.
  • Excellent communication, documentation (ISO27001/ISO9001), and interpersonal skills, with intercultural competence.
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) and willingness to learn new programming languages or AI based environments.

This role oversees the global IT frontend, including the service desk, demand management, and IT PMO, ensuring efficient handling of IT incidents, demands, and projects. By managing and optimizing IT services, the Head of IT Business Interfaces supports strategic goals and improves user satisfaction. Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Accountability for areas of the global IT's frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.   Project Manager - Business and Operational Excellence (f/m/d)

  
  

  As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects - overseeing budget, scope, and quality - while also facilitating a variety of workshops by applying your skills, capabilities, and adapting to different formats.

  • Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes.
  • Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge across project teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  
  

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Admin or equivalent
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in an international environment
  • Proficient in written and verbal English (German or other language is a plus)

  In dieser Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, die Qualität unserer Produkte sicherzustellen. Sie arbeiten in einer einzigartigen Umgebung – je nach Einsatzbereich entweder in Reinraumlaboren für die IC-Substratproduktion oder in hochmodernen Analyse-Laboren außerhalb des Reinraums für die Leiterplattenfertigung. Diese Position erfordert Ihre Anwesenheit in Leoben.

  • Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Proben für physikalische und analytische Messungen gemäß definierten Verfahrensanweisungen
  • Durchführung von Zuverlässigkeitstests und Fehleranalysen an Materialien, IC-Substraten und Leiterplatten unter Einsatz moderner Laborgeräte
  • Bewertung, Interpretation und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse nach Laborstandards
  • Kalibrierung, Wartung und Pflege von Laborgeräten und Messinstrumenten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Vorschriften im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen.

  
  

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Physiklabor, Messtechnik, Werkstoffprüfung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktisches Geschick und präzise Arbeitsweise, hohe Genauigkeit bei Tests und Analysen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Reinraum

  CAM Systems Engineer

  
  

  Drive automation and efficiency in engineering workflows at Europe's first IC-Substrates plant! In this role, you will manage and optimize CAM systems, implement design specifications, and lead system improvements. Your work will enable standardized processes, data consistency, and high-level support for engineering and CAM operations.

  System Operation & Maintenance

  • Supervise daily CAM system operations and configuration management to ensure programs run smoothly
  • Monitor server and workstation performance to keep software and hardware up to date
  • Ensure software programs communicate seamlessly on one platform
  • Supervise data backup and retention

  Automation & Development

  • Develop CAM automation scripts to fulfill internal and external requests
  • Implement design rules, specifications, and updates into the PE/CAM system to minimize human error
  • Continuously improve PE/CAM preparation processes and fix system bugs

  Process Standardization & Documentation

  • Create and maintain process instructions to standardize system procedures
  • Control compliance with process instructions and implement methods to enforce adherence

  Innovation & Project Leadership

  • Propose and lead new system programs, features, and improvements
  • Manage suppliers and coordinate communication
  • Support production with PE/CAM system-related technical assistance

  Act as CAM engineer when needed: check customer designs for compliance with specifications and prepare CAM tooling for production

  
  

  • Technical background with experience in PCB/IC manufacturing or SMT preferred
  • Knowledge of CSH, Perl, or JavaScript programming
  • Familiarity with CAM software such as InCAMPro, InCAM, Genesis, AutoCAD, or equivalent
  • Strong IT knowledge (hardware and software), Windows and Linux OS
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Logical and technical thinking, stress resilience, and team spirit
  • Good communication skills and fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Experience as System Engineer or in similar software operations
