Account Managers who support the Local Partner Services team in Vienna manage a portfolio within Austria and are responsible for informing and advising our accommodation partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. You will empower partners on how to use the system, tools and available products of Booking.com BV with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform and creating an amazing experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Pro-active communication with partners in your region by market visits, telephone and internal messaging to assist with the development of the business. Responsible for a portfolio of partners where you are the first point of contact, answering questions and following up when needed, also responsible for evaluating local market characteristics, trends and drivers. Responsible for maintaining a stable relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. frequent performance calls and contact to ensure they offer Booking.com’s customers the best availability and competitive pricing). Be knowledgeable on Booking.com’s products so that their benefits and usage can be explained to Partners. Find opportunities for partners that will help improve Booking.com’s business by using its internal segmentation to prioritize. Help identify new potential partner leads and pass these leads on for further follow up. Responsible for taking Customer Service issues which relate to your portfolio and solving these in the most efficient manner for the business, partner and customer. Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners. Also encouraged to attend partner events for your portfolio. Qualifications & Skills Significant experience in a relevant account management/sales/business development function. Proficient in spoken and written English and German. Proven experience within e-commerce and/or travel industry. Proactive with a sense of responsibility and can work independently. Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail. A team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change. Driver’s license. Availability to travel up to 50% to a designated area within the country.     Booking.com is seeking a full time Account Executive for our lovely office in Innsbruck!

    As an Account Executive your main task will be to provide support to new and existing accommodation partners, contacting, informing and advising them about how to meet the demands of the visitors on the Booking.com website. You will also build the accommodations webpages and training the new accommodations on how to use Booking.com's extranet and how to use the systems that can improve their availability and supply.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Day-to-day pro-active communication with partners in your region by telephone, by internal messaging and occasionally in person to assist with the development of the business;
    • Building positive relationships with partners to ensure that they offer the best availability and rate structure;
    • Discuss opportunities with partners that will help improve business by using Booking.com BV's internal tool of priority setting;
    • Participation in weekly team learning in your office;
    • Advise accommodation partners regarding their (potential)webpages on the Booking.com website and how they can amend data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
    • Providing support to properties or Booking.com BV in building the webpage for accommodations and/or maintaining property information on the Booking.com website;
    • Delivering training by phone to new and or existing properties on how to use Booking.com's extranet and rates & availability system.


    • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
    • Proficient English and German speaker and writer;
    • Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
    • Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently;
    • Great teammate, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;
