    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    As a Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist you will take the lead in coordinating all BCG employee benefits and wellbeing activities for the BCG Amsterdam office. You are part of the Benefits & Wellbeing team across London, Amsterdam and Brussels (LAB) and will be responsible for, and executing, the benefits and wellbeing strategy for Amsterdam alongside the LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager. You will liaise with staff and suppliers about benefit provision and access. You will take the lead in managing benefits suppliers with local providers. Project management of benefit reviews and renewal of benefit schemes will be a key part of your role. This role within the LAB Benefits & Wellbeing team is an exciting opportunity to drive the Benefits & Wellbeing agenda for Amsterdam as well as collaborating with colleagues across the three offices.

    What you'll do Review and enhance the benefits provision for Amsterdam working closely with the LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager and wider LAB team Responsible for ensuring the online benefits platform runs smoothly for all employees in Amsterdam and manage the content and any enhancements Partner with the LAB Wellbeing Champions team and help support and organise wellbeing activities and events in Amsterdam and across LAB Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders like the Office Leader and Works Council, and with external stakeholders like benefit providers and brokers Deal with employee queries regarding benefits and resolve complex questions Lead benefit review projects for the Amsterdam office which include a review of the pension scheme and the mobility plan offering Responsible for overseeing benefit insurance policies and contract renewals (e.g. life insurance, disability, private medical plan) Actively engage employees to drive uptake of a wide variety of benefits and regularly produce clear communications to be sent to employees to help people understand their benefits Link with global/regional benefits teams at BCG where appropriate Provision of data to suppliers and finance team to ensure correct processing through payroll systems Ensuring compliance with relevant legislations Work with the Finance and Tax team to ensure that all benefit provisions have the correct tax treatment and that we are up to date with all relevant changes in legislation (e.g., pensions) Review the performance of suppliers and coordinating regular tendering processes Manage monthly reconciliation of HR and finance systems Ownership of Benefit related balance sheet reconciliations as requested by the Finance team Support colleagues in London and Brussels on monthly tasks and projects where needed and be willing to support team across LAB during peak periods Help shape the LAB Wellbeing strategy alongside the Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager and collaborate with colleagues in the wider LAB People Team to drive this Please note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change

    Your role will have overall responsibility for managing the Amsterdam Recruiting team; overseeing all activity related to Campus, MBA, Cross Channel, Senior Associate, Consultant, Industry and Lateral hiring into the Amsterdam office.
    The successful candidate will need to be able to work with multiple related teams across BCG, both within Amsterdam and across the wider region. You will closely collaborate with the Amsterdam, London and Brussels Recruiting MDP & Recruiting Directors.

Making any necessary improvements to data tracking outputs/frequency etc. Interviewing and leading debrief discussions for Final round candidates all levels What you'll do Working effectively in and managing a recruitment team (6 direct reports) Working and building relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from university students to senior partners Strategic thinking - how to translate medium term resource planning into current and future recruiting requirements YOU'RE GOOD AT Proactivity and taking the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working Enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" attitude Being able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with the candidates Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is required The ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods; in combination with excellent stakeholder management skills In this position you will work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively This is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism Effective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential Willingness to be very 'hands on' & exemplary organizational skills YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Prior team management experience or keen interest in leading a team in a highly demanding environment Extensive in-house recruitment experience (ideally including experience in industry recruitment/graduate recruitment cycle) Experience in running multiple concurrent complex processes Experience in professional services industry preferred University graduate Native Dutch, with excellent English skills Please note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change
