  Aufgaben

  Architecture

  • Collecting and arranging technical data, preparing drawings, plans and documents for diverse global projects, with focus on fit-out projects within existing buildings
  • Designing architectural and engineering plans, preparing specifications
  • Seeking input, interacting with various field's professionals
  • Monitoring the work of local engineers, providing guidance to general contractor or subcontractors during construction phase, supervising (remotely) workers engaged in executing layout designs
  • Networking and consulting with various industry professionals
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, professional organizations and reading professional publications. Keeping up in the industry in response to new technology
    

  Project Management

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preparing projects' time schedules, budgets and technical documentation
  • Supervising bidding process
  • Ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met
  • Meeting cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions
  • Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets
  • Willingness and capability to travel international to construction sites
    

  Real Estate

  • Interacting with different departments and various field's professionals
  • Preparing documents, reports, presentations and proposals to the CEO
  • Participating in developing and maintaining standards and requirements of CornerstoneONE

  
  Profil

  Education
  Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering
  
  Experience

  • Min. 5 years of practice as an architect
  • The candidate should have hands-on understanding of the construction process, not limited to conceptual or design work. Experience in construction supervision, as well as in the preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and related documentation, is strongly preferred.
  • Any Real Estate experience is a plus

  • An all-rounder with experience from concept development through completion and maintenance of existing buildings
  • Excellent in design, technical drawing and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of construction details, including maintenance of existing buildings
  • Knowledge of building regulations, norms and standards

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  Salary
