Collaborate with leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy
Provide HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle
Ensure the execution of central HR processes as well as develop tailored HR initiatives to support the Division's needs and foster employee engagement
Participate in the implementation of transformation activities and collaborate with the Group People & Culture team to deliver innovative HR solutions fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees
Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT
Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent English language skills (written, verbal)
A deep understanding of HR best practices and instruments
Profound knowledge of the Austrian labor market, including labor law; knowledge of the Slovakian labor market is a plus.
A passion for technology and innovation as well as understanding of the needs and expectations of tech talents
A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone
