Overview
As our Sales & Business Development Representative (f/m/x), you will be the first point of contact for potential sports studio partners across the French market, helping grow our community through proactive outbound and inbound outreach. You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to bring in new leads, qualify them, and guide them through our sales pipeline. You will quickly take over responsibility and manage your own projects and contribute towards making your own impact on our mission " Makes Sports Happen ".
Working hours: Full-time (35 hours per week with every second Friday off!)
Duration: 6-12 months
Your Tasks
Engage with prequalified leads and source new opportunities across the French sports & fitness market
Be the first point of contact for new and potential customers, call and email leads, spark curiosity, and book product demos with our Sales Executives
Continuously generate and qualify new leads , taking into account current market developments
Maintain an accurate and organized CRM to support effective follow-ups and prioritization
Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth handover from first contact to demo, share valuable insights and market feedback, and align efforts to help close deals faster
Contribute to special projects , industry reports, and sports fairs & events.
Your Profile
You’re currently enrolled at a university as a full‑time student
Native in French and fluent in English (spoken and written); bonus if you speak another language!
Deep passion for sports and a "never give up" mindset
High energy , self‑motivation, and drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate across departments
Excellent communication skills , with confidence in pitching and speaking with potential customers
A growth mindset - you're eager to develop your skills and grow in the commercial sports industry
Previous experience with a CRM tool is a plus

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 16,240 (based on a full‑time basis of 35h) + performance‑oriented bonus.
