Associate Director of Sales, Unmanned Systems – Remote | EU ️
Are you a proven sales hunter with a passion for high-growth tech in the drone, defense, or industrial automation markets? We’re hiring an Associate Director of Sales to join a fast-scaling wireless networking company that supports major innovation in unmanned systems.
You’ll be responsible for driving expansion across Europe; managing relationships, closing deals, and ensuring successful adoption of their technology across new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow OEM relationships across the European market
Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and revenue
Develop new business with emerging and established drone manufacturers
Manage opportunities from early engagement
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B technical sales - wireless networking, RF, or robotics
Experience selling into OEMs, system integrators, or industrial automation customers
Strong understanding of the European drone ecosystem
A hunter mindset with strong outbound sales instincts
Fluency in English (bonus if you speak additional European languages)
