    Aufgaben Kalkulation, Organisation und Überwachung von Schienentransporten Organisation von Depotdienstleistungen Enger Austausch mit Vertrieb und technischen Abteilungen zum Versand und zur Abstellungen von Güterwagen Unterstützung bei der ständigen Weiterentwicklung des IT Systems, im Bereich Transport und Depotmanagement Unterstützung bei Wagenverkäufen Rechnungsbearbeitung Unterstützung bei der Zollabwicklung Datenanalyse für die telematikbasierten Laufleistungsberechnungen der Flotte
    Profil Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung Berufserfahrung in einem logistischen und/oder technischen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich von Schienenfahrzeugen, Güterwagen oder Transport und Logistik, (Disposition) Gute analytische Fähigkeiten Serviceorientierte, strukturierte, kommunikative und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Anwendungssichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel) Kommunikationssicheres Deutsch und Englisch Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Team Kenntnisse in der Zollabfertigung (optional)

    Aufgaben Preparation of regular operative reporting for the management and other departments Monthly and yearly analysis of maintenance and repair done on our railcars Development of new reports in alignment with our management Preparation of maintenance related budgets and forecasts including the analysis of costs and allocations Preparation of quarterly plans in cooperation with technical team for the maintenance of our fleet Support of the technical team on special analysis beyond regular reporting Participation in the development of effective IT solutions and systems
    Profil University degree in finance/controlling or comparable commercial education Minimum 3-5 years of experience in controlling or financial area and budgeting Basic understanding of accounting Good understanding of technical processes and topics Excellent Excel skills and BI related tools (e.g. Power BI) Knowledge of MS-Access (preferred) Fluency in English and German Very good analytical skills, ability to challenge the status quo Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive, accurate, open and engaged personality, solution-oriented thinking

    Aufgaben Lead the analysis and reporting of HR and compensation-related data to support strategic decisions Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and insights to HR, Finance and senior management Drive the annual SG&A budgeting process from an HR perspective and provide ongoing forecasting updates Partner with Finance and HR to align headcount planning Analyze labor-cost drivers and support cost-control initiatives across European entities Develop and implement compensation strategies and policies for European entities aligned with company's business objectives Conduct regular reviews of salary, benefits and incentive systems in compliance with market benchmarks and legal requirements Manage the annual compensation cycle and support HRBPs and managers in reward-related decisions Coordinate job structure and evaluate/recommend compensation strategy based on market data Act as the owner of HR policies related to compensation and rewards (eg. car policy, travel and expense policy) Collaborate with the GATX US Compensation Team and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance across regions Support internal and external audits through accurate and timely data preparation
    Profil Degree in Business, Economics, HR Management or related field Strong practical experience in the field of compensation and benefits in an international setting Experience advising and challenging leaders across all levels of the organization Knowledge of different compensation, incentive and benefits strategies Excellent numerical skills, proven skills in data analysis and labor cost control Expertise in Oracle HCM or other HR systems Fluency in English and strong communication skills A proactive mindset and high degree of assertiveness and ownership
