You will.
Tasks
Full responsibility for the department: internal sales – strategic, operational, cross-departmental, cross-border (Germany/Austria/Hungary)
Ensure and control internal processes
Advancing the digitisation process in internal sales
Management of one team with 6 direct reports and a team size of 20 people
Analyse relevant key figures and key measures for achieving objectives
Sales management & target implementation
Performance- & KPI-Management
Interface management
Qualifications
Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, University, ...)
Several years of experience in the sale of technical products
Leadership skills and experience in coaching or guiding employees
Business management knowledge, particularly in costing, margin and sales analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident manner (also at management level)
Independent, structured and reliable way of working in a complex sales environment
Strategic and solution-oriented thinking, including an out-of-the-box approach
High service orientation and strong social skills in dealing with team members
Fluent language skills in English (knowledge of German advantageous)
Travel activity 30%
