Im Winback-Team unter der Leitung des Head of Customer Loyalty bist du an vorderster Front: Du rettest täglich wertvollePartnerschaften, findest Lösungen, wo andere aufgeben, und zeigst, wie wirkungsvoll unsere Online-Marketing-Produkte den Erfolg unserer Kunden stärken. Gehalt:
Wir bieten eine leistungsbezogene Entlohnung, Fixum ab 2.600, brutto, Jahresbonus ab 10.000, brutto.

Salary:
The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 80.000, (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.

The Technical Lead drives the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms. Collaborating with the Product Delivery Manager and Heads of Development, they ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to high-quality product delivery.
