Your Role
Designing, optimizing, and implementing radio and modem systems, including architecture definition, modeling, and optimization of Wireless Front‑end systems
Simulating and analyzing entire radio and digital baseband line‑ups to ensure high‑efficiency solutions, and verifying pre‑silicon and post‑silicon designs
Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, including regulatory standards
Providing FW support and MAC interface development
Defining design specifications, requirement engineering, validation plans, and technical reports
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, particularly with the RF design team
Staying up‑to‑date with industry developments, standard and technological advancements, as well as new methodologies
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
A master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in system design, with a strong focus on RF and digital signal processing
Proficient in modelling tools (e.g., MATLAB, SystemVerilog), RTL design, simulation and verification tooling
Solid understanding of RF‑analog circuit fundamentals and transceiver impairments, including noise and distortion analysis
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group G‑H. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
