In your new role you will be responsible for:
Concept, design and simulation of high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuits , such as Frequency Synthesizers, Digital Power Amplifiers, Data Converters, Filters.
Design and verification of digital calibration algorithms and control logic that interface with analog blocks to enhance their performance and robustness.
Tight collaboration with system architects and digital design teams to define and partition complex mixed-signal and RF systems, with a strong emphasis on leveraging digital assistance for analog performance enhancement.
Guidance of the layout engineers to ensure optimal post-layout performance.
Cooperation with the validation team , to debug and characterize the performance of fabricated ICs, ensuring hardware/model correlation.
Tight team work together with concept, digital, firmware, system engineering and SoC teams to integrate analog and digital blocks seamlessly and debug system-level issues.
We are seeking an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal/RF Design Engineer with a strong focus on digitally intensive design techniques. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analog and RF circuit design principles and be skilled in leveraging digital calibrations and control to achieve superior performance, power efficiency, and robustness. This role involves the full design lifecycle, from architectural definition and block-level design to post-silicon validation and production support. Furthermore, the ideal candidate can deal with a complex working environment, being capable of cooperating with different teams in a multi-site and interdisciplinary environment.
You are best equipped for this job if you have:
A PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering , or at least 5+years of working experience in field of digitally assisted RF circuits
Previous experience in RF design of low power radios for IoT applications
Deep knowledge in CMOS technologies
Technical leadership skills to consolidate, prioritize and realize product requirements
Fluent English language skills and confident presentation abilities , German is a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
