    Aufgaben

    About the Role:

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and lead our recruiting strategy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and manage relationships with external agencies. Fluency in both German and English is required.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for expert and management roles, from sourcing to successful hiring.
    • Conduct briefings with business functions, consult on job descriptions, and design customized recruiting strategies.
    • Identify and pre-select candidates, leading both phone and in-person interviews.
    • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
    • Manage and coordinate external recruitment agencies to ensure top-quality service and results.
    • Advise on hiring decisions using market insights, including offer preparation and contract negotiations.
    • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
    • Facilitate regular update meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Managers, continuously refining recruitment strategies.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.


    Profil

    Your Profile:

    • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, law and other related field
    • Very strong experience as a recruiter, ideally in a lead or senior role, with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment process.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
    • Strong skills in agency management and building effective partnerships.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
    • Industrial experience, particularly with technical roles is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with direct search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Excellent communication abilities in both German and English, written and spoken.
