Our client is a well-established and highly successful Austrian industrial company operating internationally. For the central location in Salzburg, we are currently seeking a motivated and committed individual (m/f/d) as a Junior Manager in Product Development Wood-Based Materials.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying new trends and translating them into innovative product solutions, from concept to market launch
Market analysis and benchmarking
Ongoing communication with customers and suppliers
Presenting product innovations to key accounts
Supporting product portfolio management and assortment maintenance
Your Profile
Completed technical education with a focus on wood technology (technical college, HTL, university of applied sciences)
Professional experience and knowledge of the wood-based materials industry
Creativity, strong interest in wood and design
Ability to think in a structured and interconnected manner
Independent working style, organizational skills, and cost awareness
Solid MS Office skills; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp) is an advantage
Fluent German skills
