YOUR TASKS GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITY... for the production operations of Dr. Josef Zelisko GmbH in the Energy business unit at the sites in Mödling, Arifiye and Holice (approx. 250 employees) RESPONSIBILITY... for establishing and implementing a new production site in the USA, including planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with global standards MANAGEMENT... and continuous development of the local plant management teams as well as the Industrial Engineering team, including competency development and fostering effective team collaboration FURTHER DEVELOPMENT... of the global production strategy with a focus on designing a future‑oriented production network (footprint), identifying and implementing investment decisions, and initiating and realizing site expansions RESPONSIBILITY... for implementing rationalization and improvement measures to ensure quality and cost targets in accordance with KB Group guidelines.
