Establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships in the area of Contract Manufacturing / Tolling Designing and administering complex service contracts with international industrial partners Professional support of existing customers in contracting, pricing, and reconciliation issues Coordinating new requirements with internal departments (production, logistics, quality, compliance) Developing and negotiating robust pricing models Early identification of trends and business opportunities as well as active acquisition of new customers Coordinating escalations and solution-oriented communication at the decision-maker level Accompanying process changes with a focus on customer orientation and profitability
Completed higher technical education (HTL) or business studies with a technical background (FH/UNI) Several years of experience in key account management in an industrial environment, ideally in the area of customized products or services Experience in contract management, pricing, and customer support at an international level Strong understanding of industrial processes and interfaces Negotiation skills, solution-oriented thinking, and professional demeanor High level of organizational, implementation, and cooperation skills Strong communication skills as well as clear market and customer orientation Very good English skills, both written and spoken Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
