Through captivating show-and-tell methods such as engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.

    As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.

    Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

    In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created.

    You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.     Required Skills and Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in Cloud/Digital Transformation consultative Tech Sales or Sales Engineering, focusing on complex cloud transformations.
    • Expertise in the Austrian market and a proven track record of successful engagements with clients based in Austria.
    • Proven experience in conducting client workshops and proof-of-concepts.
    • Strong understanding of high availability and data security concepts in hybrid cloud environments.
    • Strong understanding of automation techniques, tools, products (e.g. Ansible / Terraform) and the role of automation in driving effective IT operations.
    • Commercial responsibility for identified opportunities and transforming them into client engagements.
    • Extensive expertise in virtualization technologies, hyperscaler offerings, and orchestration tools.
    • Fluent in English and German.

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
    • Relevant hyperscaler certification.

    • Lead SAP opportunities (SAP Business Transformation Center, SAP Integration, SAP S/4HANA Cloud).
    • Demonstrate Kyndryl's SAP cloud services expertise and collaborate on client presentations, business cases, and SOWs.
    • Drive signings in the Alps market and establish thought leadership through conferences and white papers.
    • Oversee SAP project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and high Net Promoter Scores.
    • Build strong client relationships to grow the SAP Services portfolio.
    • Lead and contribute to the growth of the SAP practice globally.


    Profil

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Proven track record in IT/Management Consulting with success in SAP consulting, sales, and client transformation programs.
    • Expertise in contract negotiation, deal closing, and creating business cases with ROI analysis.
    • Industry knowledge in Consumer, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, or Government sectors.
    • Experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP on optimization and modernization projects.
    • Fluent in English and German.

    Preferred Skills and Experience

    • SAP and/or Cloud certifications.
    • Experience in SAP technology sales, including SAP Basis and migration strategies.
    • Familiarity with SAP sales programs (e.g., SAP RISE).
