  Aufgaben

  As Accommodation Manager - Student Housing (m/f/d), you will oversee the daily operations of our residence in Graz, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-managed environment where students feel at home. You will serve as the main contact for residents, guests, and partners, and play a key role in delivering the Lumis experience.

  Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth, day-to-day operations of our student residence in Graz
  • Deliver outstanding service and personal support to students, guests, and visitors
  • Manage rental inquiries and occupancy through various channels, including social media
  • Ensure high occupancy levels through proactive and efficient management
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and house regulations
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Lead, schedule, and support the on-site team, ensuring optimal use of staff resources
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and process invoices accurately
  • Maintain operational documentation and prepare reports for management
  • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up

  
  Profil

  • Completed secondary education (e.g., Matura, HAK, HBLA) or vocational training in hospitality, property management, or a related field
  • Professional experience in student housing, property management, or hospitality; experience in Austria is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Leadership qualities with a hands-on, proactive mindset
  • Excellent German skills (min. C1) and good English (min. B2)
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with property management software is beneficial
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks and priorities
