    • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, new onboarders, candidates, and partners, including reception and phone management
    • Coordinating general office communication, correspondence, and administrative processes
    • Managing incoming packages and internal distribution (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
    • Organizing business cards, office supplies, taxi bookings, and maintaining structured databases and procedures
    • Supporting the planning and execution of internal events, B2B trade fairs, and meetings
    • Coordinating quotes, shipments, and marketing material logistics in collaboration with Sales and external partners
    • Managing inventory and reorders of marketing materials
    • Assisting in marketing campaigns, website and newsletter updates, social media coordination, and CRM data maintenance

    • At least 5 years of experience in front office, administration, marketing coordination, or event support
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Friendly, professional, and a clear service-oriented mindset
    • Confident handling of MS Office; structured and reliable way of working
    • Very good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
    • Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Maintenance, analysis and visualization of big data
    • Analysis of trends and deviations of a constantly growing data set
    • Apply data mining techniques to clean and prepare data sets of varying sizes
    • Refactor and document data processing functions
    • Maintain the existing data dashboards and tools
    • Statistical analysis of data from clinical studies (incl. complex modelling) for publications, presentations at conferences and product development

    • Completed education in the field of data science, biostatistics or equivalent
    • Programming skills
    • Python, R Studio skills or equivalent
    • Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous but not necessary
    • Motivation to grow in exciting projects within a team and the ability to work independently
    • A solid foundation in statistical analysis and algorithms
    • Familiarity with cloud, orchestration, containerization, and versioning control methodologies

Unsere Produkte sind wertvolle Beiträge zum innovativen Feld der Präzisionsmedizin – sowohl für Menschen als auch für Tiere. Allergien werden in nur einem Schritt und höchst spezifisch abgeklärt, sodass Patient:innen rasch optimale Behandlung durch Fachärzt:innen erhalten. Wir verbessern die Lebensqualität von Mensch und Tier, ermöglichen individualisierte Patient:innenbetreuung, treiben die Wissenschaft voran und entlasten damit das Gesundheitssystem.


    • Biochip – Produktion mittels modernster Dispensiertechnologien
    • Durchführung von Routinetätigkeiten im Produktionsbetrieb
    • Selbständige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten nach ISO 13485
    • Betreuung und Pflege der benötigten Geräte

    • Medizinisch- oder chemisch technische Ausbildung (HBLVA für chem. Industrie, HTL, Kolleg, facheinschlägiges naturwissenschaftliches Studium o.ä. Ausbildung)
    • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil aber kein Muss
    • Umgang mit Pipetten und einfachem Labormaterial
    • Einsatzbereitschaft, Genauigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
    • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-Modell inkl. Nachtdienst; keine Wochenendarbeit)
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse

    • 4,5-Tage Woche (Mo-Fr) im 3-Schichtmodell (inkl. Nachtdienst)

    • First point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, chat and ticketing system
    • Diagnosis and resolution of basic software, hardware, and network issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS)
    • Management and documentation of customer requests in the CRM, ensuring SLA compliance and supporting KPI performance
    • Continuous maintenance of the internal knowledge base (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, templates)
    • Act as “the voice of the customer,” advocating for usability improvements and feature enhancements
    • Coordination with second‑level experts for advanced troubleshooting and follow-up
    • Participation in functional testing of new software releases providing clear, structured feedback

    • Completed scientific and/or technical education and/or relevant professional experience
    • Background in customer service, helpdesk, training support, or similar customer-facing roles
    • Nice to have: Experience with medical devices, laboratory workflows, or healthcare IT systems advantageous
    • Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office 365, basic networking, and remote support tools
    • Strong problem-solving skills and structured working style
    • Ability to break down technical issues into simplified explanations
    • Proficient in English and French, additional languages (e.g. German) advantageous

    • A permanent full-time position (part-time also possible), flexible working hours
