    Head of International Key Account Management eCommerce Role Summary: The Head of International Key Account Management (IKAM) acts as a strategic business partner for the Business Segment eCommerce and eCommerce-producing plant stakeholders. This role is dedicated to driving Mondi's eCommerce volume and margin growth while supporting the strategic expansion of our eCommerce business. Take charge of the International Key Account strategy for eCommerce and ensure profitable growth within the defined scope. You will oversee the IKAM team for the eCommerce segment, where you'll build, coach, and lead the team, focusing on hiring, territory management, competency development, and succession planning. Develop and implement the international Key Account strategy and sales growth targets. You will also manage and expand relationships and business with both existing and new International Key Accounts, while fostering new business applications for the Mondi eCommerce Segment. Drive the development of new key accounts by identifying new business opportunities for Mondi eCommerce, targeting increased sales volumes and margins; enhance win rates and streamline the sales cycle through a standardised stage‑gate process. Lead negotiations in international tenders, collaborating closely with various segments and sales teams. Negotiate frame contracts and supply agreements for international cooperation, ensuring full implementation with a focus on meeting target volumes and margins. Innovate by defining and driving new initiatives to utilise Mondi solutions as replacements for other packaging materials. Plan and execute Key Account product development and innovation activities in collaboration with the eCommerce and business segment’s product innovation team. Additionally, you will define, plan, and execute Key Account marketing activities together with the eCommerce segment marketing team. Your Qualifications: A highly experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in successful sales and international or regional key accounts management role. Proven experience working with e‑Commerce companies in a multinational environment. Background in packaging, particularly in corrugated or flexible packaging. Previous experience in managing or coordinating teams is highly valued. A degree in business economics with focus on Marketing and Sales, or comparable relevant experience. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or additional languages is an advantage. A high degree of mobility and willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
