Job Description
As Legal Counsel, you will be part of the global legal team working on challenging IT projects. Your core responsibilities are:
Business Contracting
Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts (software, cloud, SaaS, license agreements, service contracts).
Advise stakeholders on legal issues in contract management.
Manage the contract lifecycle, including maintenance and optimization of processes.
Compliance
Monitor current and future regulatory requirements in the IT sector (AI Regulation, Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, DORA, NIS2, etc.).
Develop and implement compliance measures.
Raise awareness and train internal teams on relevant legal requirements.
Qualifications
Completed law degree and relevant experience in a similar position at an IT company.
In‑depth knowledge of contract and IT law, preferably data protection law.
Experience with regulatory requirements in IT (data protection, cyber security, AI regulation) and compliance management.
Strong teamwork skills, structured yet flexible, with an understanding of operational business needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Compensation
