Als Production Engineer (m/w/d) bist du sowohl für die Industrialisierung als auch für die Beziehungspflege und den -aufbau mit bestehenden und neuen Partner:innen verantwortlich. In dieser Rolle bist du Teil des Industrialization-Teams und stimmst dich eng mit deinem Lead sowie anderen internen Teams ab, um Prozesse effizient zu optimieren und unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern. So bekommst du die Chance, die Zukunft von Nuki aktiv mitzugestalten. Deine Aufgaben Du erstellst Angebotsvergleiche für die Vergabe der Produktion von Produkten (Preise und Investments) und unterstützt bei der Auswahl und der Koordination unserer Lieferant:innen (Bauteillieferant:innen und EMS Partner:innen). Du bringst neue Produktgenerationen sicher in die Serienfertigung und stimmst dich dabei eng mit unseren Lieferant:innen und internen Teams ab. Du definierst Fertigungs- und Montagekonzepte und wirkst im Produktentstehungsprozess (DFM, DFA, FMEA) mit. Du koordinierst den Aufbau von Montagelinien, Werkzeugen und Testsystemen (EOL/PCBA) am Standort unserer EMS-Partner:innen. Du verantwortest das Change Management im Industrialisierungs- und Produktionsbereich, inklusive der Abstimmung von Bauteiländerungen, technischen Produkt- und Prozessanpassungen sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Erarbeitung von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen bei den relevanten Partner:innen. Du unterstützt unser Quality-Team bei der Überwachung der Produktqualität in der Serie und arbeitest am Retourenmanagement mit. Du erstellst die Produktionsdokumentation (z. B. Assembly Instruction), definierst Prozess‑KPIs und koordinierst den Freigabeprozess bei unseren Lieferant:innen. Deine Qualifikation Du hast eine abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL/TU/FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik o. Ä. und bringst mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit. Du begeisterst dich für den Bereich Produktion & Industrialisierung. Du bist umsetzungsstark, übernimmst Verantwortung und gehst die Extrameile. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Du bringst Reisebereitschaft (25 %) mit.
