    • We, the Supply Chain Unit, with our various departments, are responsible for the logistics of our raw material plasma, single donation control, GMP-compliant storage of plasma and various intermediate products, procurement of goods and services, sourcing of inventory materials, production planning, import and export of goods, as well as overall warehousing operations.
    • Our team is divided into the following departments: Material Management, Plasma Logistics, Storage & Distribution, and Purchasing.

    Aufgaben

    Your main tasks and responsibilities

    • Translate long term production plans into mid-short terms considering quality and regulatory environment, demand plans and capacities, in collaboration with product supply planners
    • Development, enhancement, maintenance and administration of production planning systems
    • Manage intermediates stock, quality status follow-up and transfers according to business rules and markets requirements
    • Process owner and responsible for operational coordination of plasma supply planning and distribution at group level
    • Plan self sufficiency countries and acting as single contact point within corporate Supply Chain for self sufficiency related topics
    • Maintain KPIs and reports for plasma and production planning activities as well as develop and support digitalization and automation in planning area

    Profil
    • Academic education in an area related to Supply Chain Management or Engineering
    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in production planning in a multinational environment preferably within Pharmaceutical Industry
    • Experience with SAP and Kinaxis
    • High level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI
    • Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
    • Problem-solving, analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 10%
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently, independently and in a team

    What will you be doing as Group Automation Engineer?

    As a Group Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of automation across the organization. This position can be based at one of our production sites in Stockholm, Lingolsheim, Vienna or Springe. You'll work closely with group functions and local automation teams to drive efficiency, capacity, and operational excellence.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Defining and implementing automation strategies aligned with business goals
    • Collaborating across group and site teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
    • Leading the development of the Group Automation Library and qualification framework
    • Supporting local sites in adopting standards and contributing to detailed design work

    We are seeking

    A Group Process Engineer to join our Global Engineering team. This position can be based at one of our production sites in Vienna, Stockholm, Lingolsheim or Springe.


    Aufgaben

    In this role, you will represent Global Engineering in strategic investment projects, working closely with local Lead Engineers to define design strategies, ensure standardization, and secure functional, feasible solutions based on best practices. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of standardized technical design solutions across sites. You will collaborate with various group functions, local engineering departments, project teams, and external process suppliers to ensure alignment with company goals for capacity, efficiency, and operational excellence.

    • Represent Global Engineering in local investment project design teams
    • Collaborate with local Lead Engineers to define deliverables and design strategies
    • Develop and review design requirements, process layouts, and flow diagrams
    • Coordinate process equipment design and ensure implementation of group standards
    • Evaluate technical solutions and ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation standards
    • Lead group P&ID conventions and naming standards
    • Support the transfer and continuous development of design standards across sites
    • Act as an internal expert and advisor within your area of expertise

    Profil
    • University degree in a technical field (e.g. Chemical or Process Engineering or similar)
    • 5-10 years of documented experience in process design and basic engineering within the pharmaceutical industry
    • Strong knowledge of wet bulk production, preferably in plasma processing
    • Experience in fluid system calculations and dimensioning
    • Skilled in developing Process Flow Diagrams (AutoCAD) and preferably layout planning in 2D/3D
    • Familiar with engineering development models and related documentation
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
    • Understanding of core plant systems and pharmaceutical unit operations (e.g. chromatography, filtration technologies)

    • Überprüfung und Einstellung der pH-Werte und der gewünschten Konzentration
    • Durchführung der Ultrafiltration und Diafiltration
    • Einstellen der vorgeschriebenen TemperaturintervalleI
    • Durchführen der Chromatographieschritte
    • Überprüfung und Einhaltung der Zeitvorgaben
    • Demontage, Reinigung und Wartung der Geräte
    • Einhalten der GMP-Vorgaben

    • Abgeschlossene chemische oder technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Verfahrenstechnik, Fachschule Rosensteingasse, etc.)
    • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie

    • We, the Supply Chain Unit, with our various departments, are responsible for the logistics of our raw material plasma, single donation control, GMP-compliant storage of plasma and various intermediate products, procurement of goods and services, sourcing of inventory materials, production planning, import and export of goods, as well as overall warehousing operations.
    • Our team is divided into the following departments: Material Management, Plasma Logistics, Storage & Distribution, and Purchasing.

    Your main tasks and responsibilities

    • Translate long term production plans into mid-short terms considering quality and regulatory environment, demand plans and capacities, in collaboration with product supply planners
    • Development, enhancement, maintenance and administration of production planning systems
    • Manage intermediates stock, quality status follow-up and transfers according to business rules and markets requirements
    • Process owner and responsible for operational coordination of plasma supply planning and distribution at group level
    • Plan self sufficiency countries and acting as single contact point within corporate Supply Chain for self sufficiency related topics
    • Maintain KPIs and reports for plasma and production planning activities as well as develop and support digitalization and automation in planning area

    • Academic education in an area related to Supply Chain Management or Engineering
    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in production planning in a multinational environment preferably within Pharmaceutical Industry
    • Experience with SAP and Kinaxis
    • High level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI
    • Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
    • Problem-solving, analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 10%
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently, independently and in a team
