  Aufgaben

  • In this challenging position, you will actively support our project management in all administrative matters from project start to handover
  • You will be responsible for obtaining and preparing quotations as well as preparing documentation and reports
  • You will also be responsible for checking and collecting documents, supporting controlling and maintaining internal project data
  • You will communicate with other departments and suppliers in a competent and friendly manner

  
  Profil

  • You have completed a commercial education and have a basic understanding of business
  • Your strengths include a sense of responsibility and a precise way of working
  • You have a very good command of English and business fluent German
  • Experienced knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Dedicated, with a hands-on mentality

  You will be the first point of contact for project managers for the procurement of building technology. You will be responsible for purchasing MEP equipment and ancillary services for our projects.

  
  Aufgaben

  • Responsible for the purchase of goods and external services in the field of MEP in close cooperation with the project management
  • Examination and comparison of offers and evaluation
  • Contract and price negotiations, claims management
  • Coordination and deadline monitoring of construction and MEP services
  • Commercial review of additional services and supplementary offers on the basis of existing contracts (addendum)
  • Documentation preparation

  
  Profil

  • Completed technical education and commercial knowledge
  • Relevant work experience of at least five years in purchasing, preferably with a technical focus in an international environment is a plus
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, BMD, AUTO CAD, Revit, etc. an advantage)
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Solution-oriented, structured working style and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation and teamwork skills
  • Dedicated, with a hands-on mentality
