    Your Role:

    UX Product Manager (all genders)

    End-to-End Customer Journeys | Order-to-Cash | B2C & B2B2C TV Products


    As a UX Product Manager, you own the end-to-end customer experience across our digital products. Your focus is on seamless B2C and B2B2C customer journeys, with particular attention to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across Web, App, and service touchpoints.

    You act as the bridge between business, customers, and IT, translating customer needs and business goals into clear UX, product, and delivery requirements while ensuring efficient implementation across the system landscape.

    • End-to-End UX Ownership: Own and continuously optimize end-to-end customer journeys across Web and App platforms from a UX, usability, and experience perspective.
    • Customer Journey & O2C Optimization: Identify pain points and improve usability, conversion, and experience quality across channels.
    • Requirements & UX Translation: Translate business goals and customer insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Project & Delivery Management: Plan and steer cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
    • Stakeholder & Roadmap Management: Align stakeholders and own the UX/journey roadmap.
    • AI-Enabled UX & Product Improvement: Apply AI-based tools and approaches to support analysis, insight generation, documentation, validation, and experience optimization.
    • Quality & UAT: Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure high UX quality in delivered solutions.
    • Data-Driven Improvement: Use customer and performance data to drive continuous UX optimization.
    • Legal & Technical Alignment: Ensure solutions are legally compliant and technically feasible.

    • Degree in UX, Digital Product Management, Business Informatics, IT, or Business Administration with a digital focus.
    • Experience in UX Product Management, Product Management, or Project Management, ideally in media, TV, or digital consumer environments.
    • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journey design, and end-to-end digital processes (ideally O2C).
    • Proven project and delivery management skills in cross-functional, system-heavy environments.
    • Comfortable working with IT teams on APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.
    • Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira Confluence.
    • AI expertise or strong interest in applying AI to product management and UX work (e.g. analysis, discovery, documentation, optimization) is a strong plus.
    • Excellent English communication skills, good German communication skills.
    • Proactive, structured, and customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

For professionals with relevant training and experience we are happy to offer market‑competitive annual gross salary above this level.

    Your Role: Product Owner – Order‑to‑Cash & Customer Journeys (all genders)

    B2C & B2B2C TV Products | End-to-End Customer Journey Enablement | Product Catalogue Ownership

    As a Product Owner for Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), you shape how our commercial processes and customer journeys work across Webshop, TV-Apps, CRM, BSS/OSS, Billing, and Customer Care. You translate needs from Product Management, Marketing, CX, and Sales into clear business requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure successful delivery across the system landscape. You maintain and evolve the product catalogue, drive journey and process optimization, and use AI‑enabled methods to support analysis and prioritization.
    You collaborate closely with UX, IT Delivery, Finance, Sales, and external partners — always representing the commercial and business perspective.

    • Product Ownership & Requirements Leadership

      • Own and prioritize the business backlog for O2C processes, commercial journeys, and catalogue changes.
      • Represent the business perspective in all discovery, alignment, and delivery activities.
      • Ensure clarity, feasibility, and commercial impact across all requirements.

      Order‑to‑Cash & Process Optimization

      • Drive improvements across the entire O2C chain: from product discovery to provisioning, billing, and lifecycle management.
      • Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and automation or simplification opportunities.

      Product Catalogue & Lifecycle Management

      • Maintain and evolve the product catalogue including products, bundles, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle states.
      • Ensure cross‑system consistency and compliance with commercial, legal, and operational requirements.

      Customer Journey Enablement

      • Define and refine end‑to‑end customer journeys from a business and process perspective.
      • Work closely with UX to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and conversion‑optimized experience.

      AI‑Enabled Business Improvement

      • Use AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization.
      • Work closely with UX to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and conversion‑optimized experience.

      Project Management & Delivery Coordination

      • Plan, coordinate, and monitor cross‑functional projects and delivery initiatives.
      • Manage scope, dependencies, timelines, and risks with all stakeholders.
      • Support UAT, rollout, change communication, and business readiness.

    • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business or a comparable field.
    • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Process Manager in digital, telco, media, or subscription environments.
    • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, subscription models and commercial workflows.
    • Proven experience in project management and cross‑functional coordination.
    • Ability to structure complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
    • Understanding of product catalogue structures (pricing, bundles, promotions).
    • Experience using AI tools for analysis or workflow optimization is a plus.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English & German.
