The Role
Build and lead the sales org in Vienna (SDRs, AEs, AMs)
Scale the team to 20–30+ headcount
Own hiring, coaching, cadence, forecasting, and performance
Drive conversion in a high-volume, fast‑cycle sales motion
What You’ll Bring
Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership and scaling track record
Builder mindset + strong hiring and coaching rhythm
Comfortable being hands‑on (not just strategy)
Willing to work from Vienna
