We are looking for a full-time Production Planning Specialist who will monitor the coordination of our production plans and inventory flows, ensuring customer demand, delivery timelines, and inventory targets are consistently met.
This role is about structure, optimization, and collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
· You will create daily manufacturing orders for in-house production.
· You will monitor and maintain required inventory levels across multiple locations, identify potential shortages, and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
· You will actively participate in optimizing and standardizing processes, workflows and cross-departmental communication.
· You will analyze and prepare data in close cooperation with Operations Managers to support continuous improvement of internal processes.
· You will maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data within the MRP system.
· You have a business degree with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management, along with initial experience in production planning and/or logistics
· You have experience working with inventory management or planning software such as MRP, APS, or ERP systems
· You have experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Etagis, which is considered an advantage
· You have advanced skills in data analysis tools, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
· You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
· You are solution-oriented, assertive, and take ownership with a strong sense of responsibility

You will lead a team of 20+ talented leather production workers, take care of the smooth work organization, administrative tasks of team management, analyze data to lead operational improvements and collaborate closely with other teams within our organizationto develop and maintain efficient workflows.
· You'll lead and manage the Leather Production Team
· You'll collaborate closely with the planning team to create work and shift schedules
· You'll work cross-functionally with other teams within Operations
· You'll review and approve sick leaves, vacation requests and time-tracking entries
· You'll conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to provide guidance, feedback, and support individual development
· You'll analyse and prepare operational data in cooperation with Operations Managers to optimize internal processes
· You'll ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures
· You have proven experience in team management; experience leading shift or production teams is a plus
· You preferably have a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Human Resources, or Production Management or a comparable field
· You are confident in using digital tools, particularly Excel and Microsoft Teams
· You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
· You are solution-oriented, assertive, and take responsibility
· You have a strong interest in driving change and proactively implementing new processes

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will own the strategic direction of our social media presence, lead our social media team, and work closely with the CMO to turn brand vision into measurable impact across all platforms. This role is about guidance, structure, and growth, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand, business goals, and community.
· Define and own the overall social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, marketing goals, and business objectives
· Oversee all social media channels with a combined audience of 400,000+ followers, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance across platforms
· Lead, mentor, and guide our social media team
· Translate brand values, craftsmanship, leather, notebooks, and storytelling, into a clear content framework that guides all creative output
· Collaborate closely with the CMO, contributing to campaign planning, launches, and long-term growth strategies
· Set KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze results, turning insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement
· Ensure operational excellence, from content planning and workflows to publishing rhythms and platform best practices
· Stay ahead of platform trends and audience behavior, evaluating what to adopt strategically rather than chasing every trend
· Act as the key decision-maker for social media, balancing creativity with structure, data, and brand integrity
· You have proven experience managing social media at a strategic or lead level, ideally for a lifestyle, premium, or design-driven brand
· You understand how strong social media performance supports brand building, community growth, and commercial success
· You are experienced in leading or coordinating teams, giving clear direction while empowering others to do their best work
· You are highly comfortable with performance tracking, KPIs, and reporting, and know how to turn data into strategy
· You have a deep understanding of platform dynamics, audience psychology, and content ecosystems
