We are a dynamic international team of 115 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work. Aufgaben In this role, you will ensure everything runs smoothly - from accurate financial reporting to balance sheet preparation - while guiding a small, motivated team. You will collaborate closely with tax advisors, auditors, and colleagues across the business, and have the chance to improve processes, implement new systems, and make a real impact on our international growth. You are overall responsible for building, developing, and scaling accounting processes, including insourcing and optimizing the full accounting function. You will lead and mentor a small accounting team in a fast-growing international environment. You will manage bookkeeping and account reconciliations, and deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Local GAAP. You will closely collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and other external partners. You will support the "beauty contest" for selecting a new ERP system and take full project ownership for its implementation and rollout. You will drive process improvements and cost management initiatives across the accounting function. Profil You have completed commercial education or hold a degree with a focus on Accounting/Finance, or have an equivalent qualification. You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally combined with leadership experience. You have strong knowledge of Austrian accounting standards and international accounting principles, including tax implications. You have experience with ERP systems, ideally including implementation or migration projects. You have a structured, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for leading a team in a dynamic environment.     We are looking for a (Junior) Leather Production Specialist to join our team and bring our leather notebooks and accessories to life. In this role, you'll work hands-on with high-quality materials, support our craftsmanship processes, and help ensure every piece meets our premium standards.

    If you love working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and feel passionate about leather and design, we'd love to welcome you to our production team.


    • You will contribute to the production of all our leather writing accessories
    • You will assist in processing leather, including sewing, sanding, marking, gluing, embossing, and finishing
    • You will support the embossing and creation of designing templates as well as customizations
    • You will make sure that compliance with our quality standards across all of our leather goods are met
    • You will actively support us in developing further products and creation of prototypes

    • You are motivated, focused, and skilled in craftsmanship
    • You have ideally completed your vocational training in leather processing or a related field
    • You are confident working with a sewing machine
    • You speak good German and/or English
    • You bring positive energy and a proactive personality, offering ideas and suggestions for improvement
    • You are passionate about notebooks, leather, and craft work

    You will lead a team of 20+ talented leather production workers, take care of the smooth work organization, administrative tasks of team management, analyze data to lead operational improvements and collaborate closely with other teams within our organizationto develop and maintain efficient workflows. However, leather experience is not a requirement for this position.

    · You'll lead and manage the Leather Production Team

    · You'll collaborate closely with the planning team to create work and shift schedules

    · You'll work cross-functionally with other teams within Operations

    · You'll review and approve sick leaves, vacation requests and time-tracking entries

    · You'll conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to provide guidance, feedback, and support individual development

    · You'll analyse and prepare operational data in cooperation with Operations Managers to optimize internal processes

    · You'll ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures


    • You've proven experience in team management; experience leading shift or production teams is a plus
    • You preferably have a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Human Resources, or a comparable field
    • You are confident in using digital tools, particularly Excel and Microsoft Teams
    • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
    • You are solution-oriented, assertive, and take responsibility
    • You have great social skills and enjoy working with people
