    We are looking for a (Junior) Leather Production Specialist to join our team and bring our leather notebooks and accessories to life. In this role, you'll work hands-on with high-quality materials, support our craftsmanship processes, and help ensure every piece meets our premium standards.

    Aufgaben
    • You will contribute to the production of all our leather writing accessories
    • You will assist in processing leather, including sewing, sanding, marking, gluing, embossing, and finishing
    • You will support the embossing and creation of designing templates as well as customizations
    • You will make sure that compliance with our quality standards across all of our leather goods are met
    • You will actively support us in developing further products and creation of prototypes

    Profil
    • You are motivated, focused, and skilled in craftsmanship
    • You have ideally completed your vocational training in leather processing or a related field
    • You are confident working with a sewing machine
    • You speak good German and/or English
    • You bring positive energy and a proactive personality, offering ideas and suggestions for improvement
    • You are passionate about notebooks, leather, and craft work

  • Project Manager Retail (m/f/d)

    This role focuses on bringing paper republic's physical spaces to life. You will manage retail openings and pop-up projects from concept to opening day, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and fully aligned with brand standards, while solving real-world challenges on the ground.

    • You'll coordinate new global store openings and pop-up events
    • You‘ll coordinate external stakeholders such as architects and contractors as well as internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
    • You'll ensure brand and VM guidelines are implemented accurately across all future stores
    • You'll manage timelines, budgets, and cost tracking for retail projects
    • You'll collaborate closely with the shop team in la Maison (Vienna) to transfer learnings and refine processes
    • You'll support pop-up activations with selected premium partners in the US and Japan
    • You'll be present on site when needed, overseeing execution, troubleshooting, and final readiness before opening

    • You've a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail
    • You've strong organizational and communication skills, with a natural ownership mindset
    • You're calm under pressure and can coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
    • You're willing to travel occasionally within Europe and internationally
    • You're fluent in English, German is a strong plus
    • Having experience in retail projects in the UK particularly in London or being familiar with the British retail market is a strong plus.
    • Visual merchandising experience, or hands-on collaboration with VM teams, is a strong plus

    We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us structure, centralize, and make better use of our data. In this role, you'll work closely with multiple departments, supporting them by turning data into clear insights and practical solutions.     • You'll define, structure and centralize data from different systems and departments
    • You'll design and implement a scalable data architecture
    • You'll build, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and data pipelines
    • You'll identify gaps and ensure data consistency, quality, reliability, and usability
    • You'll act as a central point of contact for data analysis, reporting, and data-related questions
    • You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions

    • You've a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering or a similar role
    • You have solid knowledge of data modeling, databases and data pipelines
    • You're familiar with data warehouse concepts
    • You have experience with BI and reporting tools
    • You're confident taking ownership and building scalable data solutions independently
    • You're confident translating data into clear, actionable insight
    • You're structured, detail-oriented and enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions
    • You are fluent in English; German is a plus
