Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major enterprise customers, preferably in SaaS/Cloud. 1st line management experience. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix, multi‑product sales environment. Passion for building a growing and diverse team. German and English fluency. Business acumen with experience selling to senior financial leaders (e.g., CFO).
