Polarion Support: You support end users, resolve issues, and ensure smooth system usage.
Incident & Improvement Management: You troubleshoot workflows/integrations and implement sustainable fixes.
Training & Documentation: You create user trainings and maintain clear documentation.
Velocity & Customization: You develop and maintain render macros, reports, and traceability features using Velocity, HTML, and APIs.
Code Quality: You ensure clean, well-documented, and maintainable scripts.
Test Management: You manage and execute test cases with full traceability and compliance (ISO/FDA).
Release Testing: You coordinate regression and UAT testing.
Release & CI/CD Support: You support system configuration, releases, and DevOps integrations.
Audit & Documentation: You ensure audit‑ready documentation and lifecycle management.
Dein Profil
Polarion & ALM Expertise: You have strong experience with Polarion and lifecycle processes.
Scripting & Tech Skills: You are proficient in Velocity, HTML, and APIs/SDKs.
Testing & Compliance: You bring experience in test management within regulated environments (ISO/FDA).
Analytical & Structured Work: You work data‑driven with a focus on quality and improvement.
Collaboration & Communication: You work effectively across teams and communicate clearly in English.
Education & Tools: You have a background in IT/Engineering and ideally experience with Agile, CI/CD, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
