  Aufgaben

  As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

  • Scale paid social campaigns across selected markets - owning strategy, creative direction, testing, and performance optimization end-to-end.
  • Shape our social paid growth strategy: develop a clear test-and-learn roadmap to continuously improve efficiency, identify new growth levers, and push the boundaries of what's possible on each platform.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and UGC teams to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Explore and evaluate new channels, expanding our advertising reach and finding high-impact opportunities for diversification.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends - and translate them into actionable strategies for Tractive.
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better- you'll never hear the phrase " because that's how we've always done things"
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

  
  Profil

  Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media advertising, ideally in a B2C environment on the client or agency side
  • Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns end-to-end - from concept development and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and scaling
  • Strong preference for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • An innate ability to identify patterns and insights in complex datasets
  • A unique mix of creative and analytical thinking, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit

  As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

  • Support the planning, execution and optimization of Meta paid social campaigns across key markets
  • Work closely with experienced marketers to learn how to build, analyze and improve campaigns that drive real impact
  • Partner with our design team and external creators to develop compelling, on-brand ad creatives tailored to platform best practices
  • Help set up A/B tests, monitor performance and gather insights to guide next steps
  • Stay curious about the latest trends, tools and best practices in paid social

  Profil

  Key requirements:

  • Initial hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, either client-side or at an agency, and a strong interest in learning more
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and in particular social media advertising
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms is a strong plus
  • Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to identify trends and optimize performance
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
