Your Role and Development: You will take on responsibility for legal matters from the very beginning and gradually develop into a key contact person for the business. You will work closely with an experienced Senior Legal Counsel and continuously build your legal and business expertise.
Completed degree in law (Austria or a comparable international qualification).
Relevant professional experience in a law firm or legal department.
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
Interest in actively shaping legal topics in a business context.
Drafting and negotiating contracts in an international trading environment (including Incoterms).
Assessing legal risks and developing pragmatic solutions.
Providing legal advice to management, departments, and international units.
Cooperating with external law firms and supporting dispute cases.
Contributing to compliance, ESG, and KYC topics as well as corporate law matters.
Ability to independently structure and handle a variety of legal issues in a solution-oriented way.

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 40,000 (on a part‑time basis), plus variable bonus payments depending on target achievement. The actual salary will be defined transparently together – depending on qualifications and experience. Overpayment is possible depending on experience.
