Tentamus Pharma Company, is seeking a commercially driven and transformational Head of Project Management to build and lead a cross-site project management organization across our pharmaceutical laboratory services. As part of our next growth phase, we are expanding our capabilities and strengthening our leadership team.
This is not a traditional PMO role. The position carries primary responsibility for the commercial performance, revenue recognition, and profitability of project-based business. It represents the key differentiator to a classical operational PM function and is central to aligning delivery excellence with profitable growth.
We are seeking a leader who can transform project management from a coordination-focused function into a commercially accountable business partner actively contributing to growth, customer retention, and customer expansion.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on revenue growth, customer retention, and the future scalability of our European organisation. You will help shape a modern, commercially accountable project management function positioned as a true competitive advantage.
In line with our collective agreement, we offer an annual gross salary starting from €70.000 The actual salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
