As part of our fast-growing, internationally active team, you will play a central role in driving VELLO’s commercial success and strategic expansion.
As Chief Revenue Officer , you will be responsible for the overall revenue strategy of VELLO and for leading all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, key account management and sales operations.
You will work closely with the founding team and the executive leadership to define and execute scalable growth strategies across B2B and D2C channels, with a strong focus on international markets, particularly Europe.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute VELLO’s global revenue strategy across all channels
Lead and align Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Sales Operations
Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
Develop and implement lead generation, go-to-market and pricing strategies
Manage key accounts and strategic retail and distribution partnerships
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with Product, Innovation and Operations to ensure market fit and scalability
Actively contribute to strategic planning as a member of the executive team
Your Profile Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field required (MBA is a strong plus)
Proven senior leadership experience in revenue, sales or commercial roles
Strong background in strategic planning, sales operations and account management
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly analytical, structured and results-driven mindset
Experience in the bike, mobility, consumer goods or premium lifestyle sector is a strong advantage
Very good German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
Very good English skills (spoken and written)
Willingness to work on-site in Vienna and travel internationally when required

For legal reasons, we are required to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position. This amounts to €2,509 gross per month for fulltime employment (38.5 hours per week). However, our attractive compensation package is market-oriented and therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
