Are you passionate about crafting compelling visual stories and building beautiful, effective brand experiences? We’re looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer (f/m/d) to help shape the visual identity of our brand across all media and platforms.
Your Responsibilities At Waterdrop®
Partner with the Head of Brand Design and Art Direction Lead to continuously develop and evolve waterdrop’s visual identity, ensuring relevance, consistency, and impact in a competitive market.
Lead brand design projects end to end—from concept to execution—ensuring alignment with brand strategy, marketing objectives, and production requirements.
Define and safeguard a consistent, elevated brand experience across all channels while proactively evolving brand design guidelines.
Create premium, innovative design solutions that balance strong aesthetics with functionality and production feasibility across digital and physical touchpoints.
Lead the design of high-quality campaign assets, marketing collateral, and brand materials for global and regional markets, including digital platforms such as web, social media, and online advertising.
Collaborate closely with product, e-commerce, retail, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive visual language across all initiatives.
Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and actively contribute to a culture of creative excellence within the team.
Manage and collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Stay ahead of design, cultural, and industry trends to inform fresh creative ideas and maintain a leading-edge brand presence.
Continuously improve design processes, tools, workflows, and asset management to increase efficiency, quality, and long-term brand consistency.
Ensure accurate preparation of artwork across packaging, print, and digital deliverables while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Your Strengths And Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer or in a comparable design role, gained in-house, at an agency, or working directly with established brands.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a particularly strong command of Photoshop; you work confidently and efficiently across complex design tasks.
Advanced experience with Figma, including working with scalable design systems, component libraries, and cross-functional teams.
A strong, refined visual aesthetic with a focus on clean, minimalistic design, excellent attention to detail, and a highly developed sense for typography and brand consistency.
Comprehensive understanding of digital and print production, including color management, print processes, and basic knowledge of fabrics and materials relevant to branded products.
A strategic and hands-on mindset: you are creative, self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking full ownership of projects from concept to execution.
A strong, senior-level portfolio that clearly demonstrates your craft, versatility, and ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual design.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are considered a plus.
Nice to have: experience in 3D, motion design, or animation, and hands-on knowledge of tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or After Effects.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
