Admissions Officer (f/m/d)
Full time (40 hours/week) - starting date: February 2026
Maternity leave replacement contract (min. 1 year)
An Admissions Officer manages and facilitates the application process and maintains relationships with prospective students from initial inquiry to a final acceptance, thereby helping maximize conversion rates from the inquiry to the admission stage in the admissions funnel.

The undergraduate degree program “Comparative International Business Law” is currently undergoing accreditation.
WVPU is currently looking to fill a full-time (40h/week) faculty position:
Assistant/Associate Professor (f/m/d)
to expand and strengthen our research section in the newly created Department of Law
Starting date: Summer 2026
We welcome profiles that strengthen our new department in the following research area: International business law with a focus on financial regulation
The following criteria are required:
Produce career stage appropriate academic publications (peer-reviewed journals and books/book chapters) in line with university research evaluation policies.
Successfully acquire third-party funding to advance individual research objectives.
Regularly present papers and research activities at international scientific conferences, participate in peer-review processes, serve on editorial boards, and external PhD defence committees.
Publicly disseminate findings from research and teaching to society and the economy.
Maintain a regular teaching load (with a minimum of 3 courses/year up to a maximum of 6 courses/year, depending on the activities in other areas).
At all levels, faculty supervise student research, but also research assistants, doctoral students working on projects, as well as colleagues where appropriate and scientific support staff.
The following criteria are required for the job, depending on working experience and level of professorship (Assistant, Associate Professor).
For the position of Associate Professor rank, the following additional requirements apply:
WVPU supports an attractive environment for ambitious academics. Employment contracts are initially offered for a fixed term of five years. Following a comprehensive evaluation process, based on the successful completion and assessment of an individually agreed performance agreement, candidates may, upon mutual agreement with WVPU, transition to a position with an unlimited contract.
WVPU is also open to a part-time arrangement. Please specify your preference in the application.
The minimum annual gross compensation amounts to (basis 40 hours/week): Assistant Professor: EUR 65.000,-/Associate Professor: EUR 77.000,-.
The final salaries will depend on experience and qualifications.
