Requirements:
7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles (preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services).
A deep understanding of the EU's financial or digital assets regulatory landscape is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, and fast‑changing environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EU languages a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
Experience working with C‑suite executives and cross‑border teams.
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Planning
Support the CEO in developing, communicating, and executing WhiteBIT EU’s strategic roadmap.
Lead and monitor progress on key initiatives, OKRs, and cross‑functional projects.
Conduct analysis, synthesize insights, and prepare executive briefings and strategic materials.
Operational Alignment
Drive alignment across business units—ensuring coordination between Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing.
Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve workflow and decision‑making processes.
Support organizational scaling and change management initiatives.
Serve as a key advisor and sounding board to the CEO on operational, organizational, and regulatory matters.
Prepare and coordinate materials for executive meetings, board sessions, and investor discussions.
Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when required.
Regulatory & Governance Coordination
Partner closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure EU regulatory adherence and effective governance frameworks.
Support communication and coordination with EU regulatory bodies and partners.
Stakeholder Communication
Ensure clear communication between leadership and teams.
Draft executive communications, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
