Health & Safety Manager (f/m/d) Your Tasks Assist and manage alongside the Health & Safety Team thedevelopment, implementation, monitoring, and review of all health andsafety strategies, policies, and procedures throughout Wienerberger. Continuallysustain awareness of amended or new legislation and local health &safety laws that may affect our operations, ensuring this is effectivelycommunicated to local management teams. Maintain and promote a healthy and safe working culture across Wienerberger. Undertake and support with investigations for accidents, incidents,significant occurrences and near misses, as or when requested by localcountry management hierarchy ensuring root cause(s) are identifiedaccurately. Collate and analyse accident and incident statistics along withrecommending intervention strategies; to eliminate or reduce the risk offuture occurrences. Contributeto the design, development, and production of training materials,documents, and manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content meetthe specific needs of the local organisations Promoteand raise awareness of “Good Practice” within the regional management team(not limited to H&S). Undertakeregular audits and workplace/area inspections to proactively identify wheresite and local management practices can be improved and further supported. Liaisewith enforcement agencies, external bodies on all matters relating toWienerberger operational activities. Provideassistance to the Health & Safety Team in maintaining effectiveworking relationships with all WienerbergerDirectors, Managers,Employees, Trade Unions, Contractors, Partners, or other Stakeholders. Your Profile Significantexperience in managing multiple country teams Theability to engage and inspire across diverse sites within differentcultures. Ademonstratable track‑record of delivering health & safety strategy andpositive cultural change Degreeor Diploma level qualification in health & safety Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influenceinternal and external stakeholders of all levels successfully Flexibleand Adaptable – able to travel to multiple regions and countries asrequired Strong organisational & planning skills Fluent in English, German is an advantage Ableto work independently when required Ableto demonstrate a sufficient understanding along with a proven backgroundin specific health & safety topics Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you. Senior IT Connectivity Engineer (f/m/d) Your Tasks Design, Build and Operate our enterprise network infrastructure and evolve it balancing business needs but also ensure standardization of our environment Take ownership as internal service provider, subject matter expert and consultant to support our internal customers in and outside of IT on their requests, changes and demands Act as interface for local IT networking experts, internal stakeholders, and external service partners, facilitating regular knowledge exchange, documentation and collaboration Grow and leverage knowledge with other IT departments (e.g., Security, Cloud, Datacenter) to further drive governance and process development as well as network standardization Guide and collaborate with external partners and vendors, ensuring maximum value, performance, and operational efficiency from managed services & technologies Actively participate in international projects and lead implementation of connectivity work packages in those (e.g G new Sites rollout, M&A Activities) Your Profile At least 5 years’ experience in a network engineering role with focus of experience on firewall operations as well as Routing (L3), VPN, WLAN and LAN management (L2) Proven ability to drive technical execution, align solutions with existing architecture and articulate complex technical topics (both verbally and in written documentation) to non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding Passion for developing connectivity solutions and standards when working with a complex environment using technologies such as Barracuda, Cisco as well as cloud networking on Azure Deep expertise and hands‑on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise‑scale network environments Experiences working with ITSM Tools and Knowledge of ITIL Processes given Experiences with management of WAF (Web Application Firewall) will be a plus Experiences with production networks and protocols will be a plus Fluent in English, German skills are a plus but not mandatory Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.
