    Bei unserem Kunden handelt es sich um ein erfolgreiches Maschinenbauunternehmen, welches mit seinen Produkten den Markt in der Branche seit Jahrzehnten entscheidend prägt. Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort in Unterkärnten wird die folgende Position gesucht:


    • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach DIN EN ISO 9001 sowie weiteren relevanten Normen (z. B. ISO 3834)
    • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Qualitätsteams
    • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller Qualitätsanforderungen in der Fertigung inklusive der Planung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Audits
    • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prüf- und Dokumentationsprozesse
    • Verantwortung für das qualitätsrelevante Lieferantenmanagement
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Konstruktion, Einkauf und externen Prüfstellen
    • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien im Hinblick auf Qualitätsanforderungen

    • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Zusatzqualifikation als Schweißfachingenieur (SFI), Schweißtechniker (ST) oder Schweißfachmann (SFM) von Vorteil
    • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen innerhalb der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
    • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen QM-Methoden (z. B. 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma Black Belt) und Auditverfahren
    • Praxis im Umgang mit Normen wie DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 3834
    • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten
    • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

    As a Software Engineer at Lam, you will be at the forefront of innovation by designing, developing, and troubleshooting, and debugging software programs.     • Familiar with network, serial device control, and IO control systems.
    • Furthermore, you have a clear understanding of high-level multithreading operating systems, drivers, hardware abstraction layers, middleware, and application software concepts.
    • Experience and comprehensive understanding of any kind of RTOS is a plus!
    • Experience with designing closed loop algorithms in Matlab and Simulink is a plus!

    As a Quality Engineer at Lam, you'll make an impact in ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance within the quality management systems (QMS). You design methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the accuracy of production processes and finished products. By analyzing production data and reports, you identify trends and work across functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges. Your expertise will help develop excellence in product design and manufacturing supporting Lam's commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable products.

    What you'll do

    • Owns quality management/tracking within Engineering and is the quality case owner (QCO)
    • Actively monitors and analyses Engineering quality and resolves quality issues via systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions
    • Establishes measures to improve the Engineering output (drawings, BOMs, …) quality
    • Identifies systematic gaps/potentials on products, quality improvement capabilities and the quality management system itself
    • Tracks all Engineering relevant KPIs (development milestones, feasibility analysis, technical modifications, problem reports, …)
    • Moderates and documents all Engineering relevant 8D reports
    • Drives Engineering quality related RCCAs
    • Tracks relevant NCIs and NCEs within Engineering
    • Collaborates in cross-functional quality reviews, dispositioning and RCCA reviews and takes part in development and implementation of quality standards, methods and procedures
    • Contributes to Engineering standards definition
    • Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
    • Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality requirements and to meet or exceed our quality objectives

    Who we're looking for

    • Technical degree (Bachelor or Master) with experience in quality or degree in quality with technical experience
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
    • Fundamental understanding and experience in quality management systems (QMS)
    • Experience in quality methods like 8D
    • Very good data analysis capabilities - from data mining to data analysis and conclusions

    Preferred qualifications

    • Fluent English (written/oral) is a must, German language skills are beneficial
    • Very good presentation skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of an organization
    • Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
    • Demonstrates high flexibility and significant technical independence
    • Structured working style and high working accuracy also under pressure
    • Strongly developed sense of duty and quality

    • Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation.
    • Designs components using variety of metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
    • Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
    • Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
    • Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.
      Provide key deliverables including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), technical specifications, risk analysis, test specifications, and design review presentations

    • Technical High School (HTL) in mechanical engineering or equivalent education
    • 2+ years of work experience
    • Excellent knowledge with AutoCAD, Inventor or NX (or similar CAD software) is required
    • Experience with design creation of mechanical modules
    • Good oral and written communication skills in English
    • Good knowledge in MS Office

    The Impact You'll Make

    As a Global Product Support Engineer at Lam, you're the backbone of technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. Your expertise is crucial in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment. Your swift action in responding to situations is critical in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of Lam's valued customers.

    What You'll Do

    • Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.
    • Installations and/or relocations of equipment at customers' sites.
    • Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials.
    • Assist in complex field modifications and updates as released in Engineering Change Notifications.
    • Maintain records and reports as required to properly coordinate activities with supervisors and customers.
    • Assist in the planning, management, and execution of projects of a limited scope and duration
    • Providing high-quality on-site support for repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems.
    • Assists with the full installation and relocation processes, including system start-up services

    • Technical education in electronics, engineering or other applicable field (LAP/HTL)
    • Work experience would be an asset but not a requirement
    • Able to work rapidly for prolonged periods of time, including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, sitting and standing in one location
    • Understand and work from electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams
    • Ability to interpret operation manuals to determine root cause of tool failures
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Work independently, cooperatively in a team or with customers completing assignments with minimal supervision and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads
    • Adhere to customer rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety
    • Able to travel frequently

    • Define target pricing for Clean Products.
    • Recommends deal closure strategies.
    • Conduct quarterly marketing and account reviews.
    • Plan and manage Clean Evaluation Tool strategy.

    • A bachelor's degree in business or related field

    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
    • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
