    • Accountable for development, verification and documentation of fluid delivery systems to meet the systems specifications
    • Provides concepts and technical designs for chemical fluid systems based on modeling & calculation data
    • Accountable that system meets all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards
    • Clarification of fluid delivery requirements
    • Owns execution of BOM and documentation release plan
    • Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environment
    • Prepare all required deliverables based on product development plan (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
    • Close relationship to our suppliers an internal departments to ensure that we receive high quality-, well tested and cost saving solutions for our technical needs
    • Performs engineering data analysis of mechanical and electrical aspects of the system by using of appropriate methods and tools (e.g. MATLAB, LabVIEW …)

    • Technical High School (HTL) in Mechanical or Fluid Engineering minimum required
    • Work experience minimum 3 years
    • Demonstrate significant technical independence and leadership in development of fluid system applications and safety standards
    • Strong analyzing skills and numerical ability
    • Experience with AutoCAD, Zuken, Inventor or Siemens NX (or similar CAD software) is required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Industrial experience with controlling of liquid temperature, hydraulics, etc. is a plus
    • Technical knowledge of fluid related simulations/calculations is beneficial
    • Willingness to travel
    • Good knowledge in MS Office
    • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills
    • Experience in Semiconductor industry is a plus

    What you'll do

    • You will be responsible for the design of new products and lifecycle management of existing electronic circuits.
    • You will be responsible for component selection, design, development, testing and evaluation of control circuits for our machines.
    • You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering design team: electrical, mechanical, software, technical support, productivity engineers, and suppliers, on the design, modification, of custom and OEM components.

    We are seeking an Employee Relations expert to join our Employee Relations team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues and investigations; advising and counseling managers and employees regarding key employment policies, complex leave/disability issues, and performance management; using data to inform decisions and company initiatives, advising/counseling managers and employees, and helping guide the organization toward a more proactive employee relations landscape. Our Employee Relations team is an independent group within our Human Resources function, with a high level of credibility, professionalism, and risk mitigation responsibility.

    What you'll do

    Investigate employee relations concerns, including complaints of unfair treatment contrary to Lam's policies, retaliation and other work-related issues; advise managers on how to manage workplace concerns, recommend appropriate resolution of complaints and monitor results.     • Advise and counsel supervisors/manager across the Lam on how to handle performance issues and concerns

    • Minimum bachelor's degree in business or human resources or a related field
    • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally including extensive HR or work/organizational psychology background and at least 5 years of dedicated employee relations experience within an ER function

    • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases, including discrimination and harassment matters
    • Labor relations experience

    The impact you'll make

    Plans and implements activities related to the timely and non-disruptive delivery of parts and tools. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce material risk, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled. Responsible being the interface between Supply Chain and internal Stakeholders. Reviews and mitigates material risks for the factory. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.

    • Represents Clean Supply Chain towards internal customers and suppliers
    • Oversees material readiness for HVM tool and is holding appropriate people accountable
    • Executes annual operating plan requirements to support the factory interface team
    • Leads and participates in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to manufacturing
    • Develops timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
    • Develops and monitors risk mitigation strategies, and coordinates root cause corrective actions and as well process improvements

    Who we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of industry experience (Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred)
    • Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, medical or chemical sectors would be preferred
    • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be an independent problem-solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills

    The impact you'll make

    Manages people who lead cross-functional teams that are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, as needed. Assigns and monitors work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction. This position is most common in a matrix type organization, where the position does not have true responsibility over product development but does have overall product/program/project management responsibility, i.e. coordinating efforts leading to product release. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

    What you'll do

    Lam's NPI Materials Manager manages a team of Materials program and project managers through all stages of product development from R&D to volume manufacturing to ensure PDR (product development and release) deliverables are completed with high quality and within programs timeline. Works in a cross -functional team environment within a matrix organization with internal customers, including high level executives. Acts as point of contact for all escalations from Product group to Supply Chain, liaison between Engineering Product management and Supply Chain functional organization. Hires, manages, and develops Materials Program and Project managers for NPI programs. Responsible for organizational and individual development of all direct reports within Lam's performance management program.

    • Materials Program Manager prescribed responsibilities as outlined in Lam's design process
    • Develop cost reductions roadmaps to meet product cost targets
    • Work with Supply Chain to develop sourcing strategies and sourcing plans to meet cost and lead time targets
    • Transition to High Volume deliverables (Pilot to High Volume)
    • Suppliers ramp readiness assessment, critical parts management, lead time reduction and mitigation plans
    • Manage and lead team to support exedite product development by working with supply chain and suppliers as required


    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field. An MBA would be a plus
    • 5+ years' program management experience, preferably in a semiconductor industry environment
    • Deposition/etch equipment product knowledge are beneficial for this role
    • Two+ years' directly managing others
    • Good knowledge of manufacturing methods and commodities related to cost structure
    • Solid Supply Chain knowledge for critical commodities as related to sourcing decisions and cost strategies
    • Additional required skills include leadership skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail for everyday tactical execution, and excellent people and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German knowledge would be an asset
