We are looking for a student supporting the Process Engineering Team inwet clean studies of novel materials, novel test structures or novel equipment features for advanced tech nodes.

• Excellent project management skills. Experience in Agile methods, such as Scrum is preferred.

The Director of Key Account Technology (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers while developing and growing the team. As Director of KAT, you will be required to attend customer technical review meetings to represent the Clean Product Line. Additionally, you will be responsible for the department and developing the Key Account Technologists within the team. This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment, as well as the ability to provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success. It also requires strong leadership skills.

• Leadership: Grow and develop the team to meet the needs of the Clean Product Line
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
• Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
• Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research clean technologies.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.
• Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research clean technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Technical Experience: Minimum 12 years' experience in the semiconductor industry with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a master's degree or 5 years with a PhD.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports. Department leadership experience preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Gästebetreuung

als Alleinkellnerin ist es Ihr "Gast" den Sie von der Bestellung bis zum Kassieren betreuen.

Die Zubereitung von Getränken wie Café, Bier, Spritzer, ....

Im Café sind Einheimische und auch Hotelgäste. Es gibt 5 Tische und ein paar Thekenplätze.

Im Sommer haben wir noch 3 Tische vor dem Café.

Wer möchte kann auch zusätzlich im Hotel beim Frühstück arbeiten, bzw. in der Reception mithelfen, da ist dann eine Vollzeitstelle möglich!

Bei uns sind auch Arbeitnehmer der nicht mehr ganz jungen Generation willkommen :)

Sie sind aufgeschlossen, und sprechen Gastronomie englisch und vielleicht ein wenig Italienisch,

Wenn Sie schon Praxis in einem Hotel haben ist es vorn großem Vorteil

Je nachdem ob Teilzeit oder Vollzeit, sind es 2-5 Tage / Woche die gearbeitet werden.

Die Rahmenarbeitszeiten sind im Sommer zwischen 7:30 und circa 23 Uhr im Sommer, (Winter nur bis circa 21 Uhr) .

Alle Dienste sind durchgehende Dienste, keine Teildienste.

Zentrale Lage direkt beim Villacher Hauptbahnhof / Busbahnhof, falls jemand von Auswärts pendelt. Für diejenigen die mit dem Auto kommen, haben wir kostenlose Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel.

Verpflegung wird während der Arbeit zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es ist keine Betriebseigene Mitarbieiter Unterkunft vorhanden, wir können aber eventuell bei der Wohnungssuche vermitteln. Unsere ganzen Mitarbeiter sind alle auch Villach und Umgebung.

In diesem Jahr möchten wir das Hotel auf neue Verwaltungs und Zutrittssysteme umstellen, wenn Sie Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Systemen .haben, würden wir uns freuen, wenn Sie uns dabei unterstützen können.
