    • Du repräsentierst in Deiner Position auf unseren Zügen das Unternehmen und bist das Kernstück der Westbahn

    What you'll do

    Working within the Lab Operations organization will have as main duties the support of the daily lab tools operations.

    • Troubleshooting and regular maintenance of the lab equipment
    • Mechanical and electrical start-up of new lab tools
    • Support the process engineers in executing the customer demonstrations
    • Support product development by conducting design validation tests and delivering improvement proposals
    • Documents the tools configuration and reports the tests results
    • Support Lab facilities and willingness to support Lab On-Call team

    Who we're looking for

    • Accomplished Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship (LAP); Technical high school degree such as HTL and FBS would be preferred

    • Lead Lean 6 Sigma projects to increase efficiency (labor time, cycle time, bottleneck analysis).

    The Impact You'll Make

    At Lam, as an EH&S Engineer, you're instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental safety programs and policies. Ensuring compliance with regulations, you'll perform safety inspections, conduct trainings, and oversee hazardous waste vendors and processes.     • Manage the chemical safety and hygiene plan, including all aspects related to chemical management, chemical exposure monitoring, exposure threshold limit determinations, and risk / assessment mitigation.

    Who We're Looking For

    • Technical education on technical Highschool (HTL) or equivalent
    • Safety degree, experience, and certifications are required:
    • Minimum 5 year's experience in workplace safety (Safety officer – Sicherheitsvertrauensperson)
    • Certified as workplace safety specialist (Sicherheitsfachkraft) according Austrian law
    • Familiar with quality management and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001)
    • Good knowledge of EHS regulations, codes, guidelines, and agencies
    • Very good German and English communication skills
    • Familiarity with working in a semiconductor laboratory and on semiconductor equipment

    The impact you'll make

    As a Systems Engineer at Lam, you'll design complex frameworks, systems, or products for our wafer fabrication equipment. You will define system specifications, requirements, parameters, and compatibility to integrate hardware, software, and firmware into a cohesive system. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving system design weaknesses combined with your multi-layered technical expertise you help shape the next generation of Lam initiatives.

    What you'll do

    • Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
    • Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
    • Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
    • Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
    • Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
    • Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
    • Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
    • Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
    • Owns developing the reliability allocation model, the reliability design approach and test plans

    • Master or PhD in one of the following areas
    • System Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering

    The impact you'll make

    As a Quality Engineer at Lam, you'll make an impact in ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance within the quality management systems (QMS). You design methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the accuracy of production processes and finished products. By analyzing production data and reports, you identify trends and work across functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges.     What you'll do

    • Owns quality management/tracking within Engineering and is the quality case owner (QCO)
    • Actively monitors and analyses Engineering quality and resolves quality issues via systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions
    • Establishes measures to improve the Engineering output (drawings, BOMs, …) quality
    • Identifies systematic gaps/potentials on products, quality improvement capabilities and the quality management system itself
    • Tracks all Engineering relevant KPIs (development milestones, feasibility analysis, technical modifications, problem reports, …)
    • Moderates and documents all Engineering relevant 8D reports
    • Drives Engineering quality related RCCAs
    • Tracks relevant NCIs and NCEs within Engineering
    • Collaborates in cross-functional quality reviews, dispositioning and RCCA reviews and takes part in development and implementation of quality standards, methods and procedures
    • Contributes to Engineering standards definition
    • Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
    • Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality requirements and to meet or exceed our quality objectives

    Who we're looking for

    • Technical degree (Bachelor or Master) with experience in quality or degree in quality with technical experience
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
    • Fundamental understanding and experience in quality management systems (QMS)
    • Experience in quality methods like 8D
    • Very good data analysis capabilities - from data mining to data analysis and conclusions

    Preferred qualifications

    • Fluent English (written/oral) is a must, German language skills are beneficial
    • Very good presentation skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of an organization

    The Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturingrelationships withour key customers.     • Customer Relationship Management:
      Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,acting as the primary technical point of contact.

    Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role.
