    Aufgaben

    In your role you will be responsible for driving high-quality, forward-looking financial planning across the organization. You will play a key role in developing reliable business plans, strengthening financial governance, and supporting strategic decision-making at management level. By improving planning processes, implementing advanced tools, and ensuring transparency in reporting, you will actively contribute to the company's performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

    • Develop and deliver accurate and timely business plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, 18-month Rolling Forecast) to enable informed decision-making
    • Coordinate and align Sales Planning activities across functions to ensure consistent and reliable business outlooks
    • Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance governance and minimize risk
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
    • Lead modules in the implementation and further development of the integrated planning tool (TM1), including MTP and budgeting processes
    • Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
    • Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to financial transformation projects
    • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects

    Profil
    • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with proven experience in Controlling
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    • Excellent project management and communication skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (FICO, BW, BPC); experience or willingness to work with IBM TM1
    • Strong understanding of business processes and financial planning methodologies
    • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style
    • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization
    • Open mindset with interest in new technologies (e.g., AI) to enhance financial planning and analysis

    Project Portfolio Analyst


    Aufgaben

    In your role as a Project Portfolio Analyst, you support the build-up and day-to-day operation of Strategic Project Portfolio Management (SPPM), ensuring a transparent, prioritized, and well-governed enterprise project portfolio aligned with strategic objectives. You enable fact-based decision-making by providing high-quality data, structured reporting, and reliable decision documentation. Working with tools such as ServiceNow SPM/Project Workspace, you help establish scalable portfolio views, reporting routines, and governance standards. By collaborating with PMO hubs across functions, you contribute to improving project management maturity and ensuring consistent execution across the organization.

    • Prepare and enable governance for portfolio decision forums to ensure audit-proof decisions and execution follow-through by managing agendas, decision logs, minutes, and action tracking
    • Deliver consolidated portfolio insights to enhance visibility on project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts using dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting
    • Support scoring-based prioritization processes to promote consistent, data-driven decision-making by preparing scoring inputs, validating data, and documenting outcomes
    • Maintain high-quality portfolio data to ensure a reliable single source of truth by enforcing data completeness, taxonomy standards, and regular quality checks in ServiceNow SPM and related systems
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of the SPPM operating model by maintaining templates, supporting maturity assessments, and rolling out standards across PMO communities
    • Support benefit tracking and value realization through structured documentation and reporting activities
    • Identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements in portfolio processes while ensuring proper validation and governance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and consistent follow-up on portfolio decisions and actions

    Profil
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO/portfolio reporting, business analytics, or consulting
    • Familiarity with project/portfolio tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
    • Strong analytical skills and a structured working style with a focus on data validation and reporting accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights
    • High attention to detail and reliability, especially in governance documentation and portfolio data management
    • Learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment with developing processes and standards
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive portfolio and executive information
