    Aufgaben
    • Continuous improvement of HR-related processes
    • Administrative and organizational implementation of all processes along the employee life cycle
    • Supporting staff on all HR-related topics
    • Shaping & supporting key topics (e.g. strategic projects, corporate culture, employer branding, etc.)
    • Coordination, recording and evaluation of internal trainings and staff development

    Profil
    • Completed education
    • At least 3 years of work experience in the field the administrative support of a Human Resources Team
    • Passion for supporting and developing people
    • Own-initiative, structured and quality-oriented working style, resilient personailty
    • Excellent PC & MS Office skills; experience with an HR-system of advantage
    • Professional command of German and English (spoken and written)
    • Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and willingness to learn

    Senior Clinical Project Manager
    Immediate start

    As Senior Clinical Project Manager, you will lead and oversee clinical studies in the field of minimally invasive, image-guided therapies. You will manage projects throughout their life cycle-from planning to completion-and serve as a key interface between stakeholders, internal teams, and senior management. You will collaborate with junior team members to ensure that milestones are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will also contribute to the evolution of our quality systems and best practices.

    You will work closely with principal investigators, industry partners, and healthcare providers, and play an essential role in maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice and international regulations such as ISO 14155.


    Aufgaben

    Study Leadership & Management

    • Lead all aspects of observational clinical study management including planning, execution, and close-out
    • Oversee junior project team members and coordinate with cross-functional departments

    Compliance & Quality Oversight

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and GCP throughout all phases of study implementation
    • Support the ongoing refinement of the Next Research quality system

    Documentation & Communication

    • Draft and review clinical study documents such as protocols, contracts, informed consents, and final reports
    • Supervise study correspondence and data workflows including data entry, cleaning, and export for analysis
    • Prepare and review reports, steering committee materials, and stakeholder communications

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Liaise with investigators, hospital administrators, funders, CROs, and regulators
    • Present updates and risk assessments to senior management and external parties Monitoring &

    Risk Management

    • Supervise documentation of lessons learned and reporting of roadblocks
    • Propose pragmatic solutions and process optimizations

    Profil
    • University degree in a relevant healthcare or scientific field
    • 5 years of clinical research project management experience
    • Familiarity with ISO 14155 and medical device research
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
