The group you'll be a part of

Manufacturing Excellence Teams at the Villach site focus on the continuous improvement of production processes and the implementation of global Lean Six Sigma standards. Our team collaborates closely with Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive efficiency, process optimization, and sustainable improvements. Together, we develop innovative solutions, foster a culture of excellence, and advance digital transformation in manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Lead Lean 6 Sigma projects to increase efficiency (labor time, cycle time, bottleneck analysis).
• Train and coach employees (Yello/Green Belt) and enable them to implement the needed improvement.
• Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other sites.

Aufgaben Endmontage & Test (Teile/Module/Komponenten/Plattformen) Elektrische Montage und Tests von LAM-Spin-Clean-Plattformen - Grundlage ist die Konfiguration und die Dokumentation (z.B. Produktionsplan, mechanische Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne, internes Prüfprotokoll etc.) Elektrische Montage und Prüfung von Neukundenwünschen (NSR's) Strukturierte Diagnostik und Problemlösung Durchführung der definierten Prüfschritte (Zwischenprüfungen) gemäß internem Prüfprotokoll Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Übergabe von Entwicklungsprojekten an die Produktion Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsabläufe und Dokumentationen Aktiver Wissensaustausch (z.B. interne Schulungen, Lieferantenschulungen) Prüfung der Dokumentation, des Materials und Berichterstattung von Abweichungen (z.B.
