    Aufgaben
    • Identifying and nurturing new innovation ideas across the whole CSA R&D and marketing organization, and ensuring a smooth transition from concept to development
    • Innovation Idea Generation and Evaluation: Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and other activities to generate new innovation ideas
    • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of early-stage innovation project portfolio in whole CSA BU
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Networking: Connect the different innovation funnels in the BL's to maintain coherence of the overall corporate strategy in innovation
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D from all CSA BL's, marketing, and application engineering, to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives
    • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all innovation activities on corporate level by collecting the status within the decentralized BL's and provide regular updates to senior management and the engineering community

    Profil
    • Successfully completed studies in natural science, or a related field
    • First experience in program or project management in an innovation or R&D environment preferred
    • Strong background in semiconductor physics, integrated circuits or system Engineering
    • Competencies in project management, innovation, and strategic planning would be of advantage
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
    • Proficient in English at a negotiation level
    • Creative thinker and strategic planner with a passion for innovation

    In this Business partner role, you support our Marketing Departments through the preparation and analysis of data and recognition of the core message to provide valuable insights. You are responsible for our global Business Planning Tool and ensure a yearly roll-out before planning.

    • You ensure accurate and timely distribution of financial information to the budget holders in Marketing by enhancing your reports with insightful comments and challenging their planning accuracy and cost consciousness. Therefore, you establish a deep understanding of the Marketing and Indirect Marketing expenses.
    • You ensure that finance basics are met at any time (taxes, accounting, guideline compliance, etc.) and facilitate a smooth planning process by providing relevant planning input forms and support Marketing during planning phases.
    • Part of your role is the preparation of ad hoc reports and business analyses for management and business partners.
    • You support different projects by providing accurate data and analysis
    • You take ownership of supporting subsidiaries in resolving issues and continuously improving these processes.
    • You develop a profound understanding of our controlling guidelines.
    • Additionally, you ensure that local organizations are compliant with our controlling guidelines.
    • Part of it is to run internal training as well as to support countries in questions related to your scope of work.
    • Always strive for enhancements of quality and efficiency within Marketing Controlling and your scope of work.

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise

    that matter most for this role:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Controlling, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and analysis (ideally in the FMCG sector).
    • University Degree in Finance/Business Economics/Controlling.
    • Fluent English, German skills as an advantage.
    • You have an affinity for IT, with hands-on experience using SAP ERP or S4/HANA, SAP BI, and Hyperion, you have excellent Excel skills and VBA is a plus.
    • Willingness to build on existing knowledge/ learn data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
    • You take ownership of challenges, proactively creating and implementing effective solutions.

    Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2303 gross per month.
