Maintain and update test documentation and test fixture Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required. Drive continuous yield, quality, and process improvements through test data analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation. Support the introduction of new products/components, design changes, or process updates by assessing test impact and readiness at supplier sites. Define and maintain supplier test best practices to ensure consistency across remote factories. Escalate unresolved or systemic issues to Leads, or Supervisors in a timely and structured manner. Perform system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical testing and troubleshooting. Utilize test and diagnostic equipment, including test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus. Define and document test and diagnostic programs, including procedures to support testing of new components based on Non Standard Request or Change Orders. Design and develop cost-effective testing methods for systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing phases. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team, suppliers, account teams, and Supplier Engineering Technology (SET) members to ensure seamless integration and smooth transitions.
