    Head of IT Business Interfaces


    Aufgaben

    The Head of IT Business Interfaces is responsible for ensuring that IT practices and systems comply with global standards and legal requirements, thereby meeting quality standards and passing audits. This role oversees the global IT frontend, including the service desk, demand management, and IT PMO, ensuring efficient handling of IT incidents, demands, and projects. By managing and optimizing IT services, the Head of IT Business Interfaces supports strategic goals and improves user satisfaction.

    • Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Accountability for areas of the global IT's frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
    • Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
    • Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA's that have been confirmed by our customers.
    • Continuous Improvement and Innovation.

    Profil
    • Management Experience: Experience in leading IT teams and managing IT projects, ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
    • Experience in Implementing IT Strategies: Experience in executing IT strategies, both at a local and global level.
    • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership qualities, including team management, conflict resolution, and talent development as well as motivational skills.
    • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with various stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, and external partners.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication with various stakeholders, from technical teams to top management.
    • Business Knowledge: Understanding of business processes and strategies to effectively align IT solutions with corporate objectives.
    • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT, ITIL- and COBIT framework.
    • Understanding of IT Security Standards and Compliance: Knowledge in IT security, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements, especially in a global context.

    Automation Software Engineer


    Aufgaben

    In this role, you will automate software tools, build workflows, and create digital environments to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. You will develop and maintain software solutions while integrating new tools into the AT&S systems landscape. As part of the Electronics Service Hub, you will contribute to high quality, reliable processes and enable new digital capabilities for internal and external customers.

    • Develop extensions, scripts, and automation solutions based on internal priorities to enable a more efficient workstyle.
    • Maintain existing software tools and migrate them to new platforms in alignment with IT guidelines.
    • Work within defined software development environments to ensure compatibility and seamless integration across departments.
    • Optimize browser based graphical user interfaces to improve usability and operational efficiency.
    • Define working environments according to IT guidelines and document integrations as part of standard business processes.
    • Integrate newly developed tools into the AT&S systems landscape to support streamlined workflows.
    • Translate requirements into automation logic and support cross department digital workflows through robust software solutions.

    Profil
    • Completed technical education (HTL or comparable)
    • Proven experience in software development, scripting, automation engineering, or a similar technical field.
    • Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related automation tools.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, C, JavaScript, and Visual Basic, with experience in automation, system level tasks, UI development, or legacy integration.
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, basic Linux (SUSE), workflow tools (SharePoint, MSSQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph), and system integration.
    • Familiarity with development environments, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes, and AI assisted workflows.
    • Strong problem solving mindset, self organized working style, and ability to work independently in a newly established service area.
    • Excellent communication, documentation (ISO27001/ISO9001), and interpersonal skills, with intercultural competence.
    • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) and willingness to learn new programming languages or AI based environments.
