The exotic greenery throughout Rifle Clubs indoor space flows to a relaxed outdoor courtyard looking over the local park. The redbrick building is bigger than it appears, 300 covers make for a busy, dynamic dining environment. The venue lends itself to indoor/outdoor areas spread across our 7 various sections of offering for dining and or drinks. Recent refurbishment has been exciting transformation with customers enjoying cocktails in the courtyard to full dining experiences. RC also offers live music over the weekends which has been a hit with the locals - lots of fun.
In winter we are cosy and inviting, in summer we open the doors and work in the sunshine. Our days involve engaging with the surrounding community as Rifle Club is a laid-back social hotspot with a bustling inner-city vibe.

The Position/s
As Venue Manager your responsible to manage and run the overall operation of the venue including:
Staff supervision, hiring, rostering, functions, quality and service, Culture and Performance, financial management, management of ordering, stocktaking, Management and Compliance for both back and front of House operations. The key goal is ensure the smooth running, maintenance of quality product and service standards, growth in trade and profitability of the venue.
As Duty Manager your responsible to manage and run FOH shifts, stocktaking, Ordering, rostering, training supporting the Venue Manager, Quality and Service, staff Moral, and management and compliance.
Who you are
Youve had over 3 years in this similar position
Strong management and understanding of food, wine and beverages
Understanding of systems and platforms to work/report and forecast, we run Lightspeed as our POS and Bookings platform Seven Rooms
Energic, positive and quick thinking especially under pressure during busy shifts
Strong in customer service and interactions with guests
Available to work nights and weekends
Team player
Experience in Bar, Floor and functions
Experience is key!
