    Aufgaben

    The impact you'll make

    As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products.     What you'll do

    • Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from the beginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release and end of product line
    • Technical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodate customer requirements
    • Serves as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
    • Leads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps the management informed about the results
    • Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line

    Profil
    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
    • 3+ years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program-Management
    • Extensive Knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment Technology
    • Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an asset
    • Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge
    • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
    • Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams

    The GP&O Escalation Manager is responsible for leading end-to end management of high severity incidents, chronic issues, and escalated customer or stakeholder concerns across the organization.
