    Die Position ist direkt dem Vorstand zugeordnet und bietet ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung sowie Sichtbarkeit. In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Themen im Bereich AML/CTF sowie der bankaufsichtsrechtlichen Compliance. Sie stellen die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben sicher, sind zentrale Ansprechperson für Vorstand, Aufsichtsbehörden und externe Prüfer:innen, und begleiten interne sowie externe Prüfungen professionell und lösungsorientiert.

    Gesucht wird eine kommunikationsstarke und erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Praxis im AML- und Compliance-Umfeld eines Kreditinstituts. Sie kennen regulatorische Anforderungen nicht nur in der Theorie, sondern setzen diese pragmatisch, wirksam und lösungsorientiert um.

    The impact you'll make

    As a Program Manager at Lam, you're not just overseeingprojects, you're an owner of the 8 Disciplines Program. 8D is Lam's primary mechanism for resolving nonconformances registered on products and services. You'll combine your problem-solving expertise and semiconductor technical knowledge to further Lam's vision and goals for sustainable problem solutions and customer satisfaction.

    What you'll do

    • Optimize the design, deployment, execution, and measurement of Lam's 8D Process.
    • Ensure successful resolution of nonconformances to positively impact Lam's customers.
    • Proactively use non conformance data analysis to improve manufacturing practices and supplier base part quality and decrease Cost of Poor Quality.
    • Influence and enhance Lam's Quality culture by advocating for strong problem solving skills across the organization.
    • Perform assessments and audits of in-flight 8D records and improve outcomes via coaching or mentoring record owners to a successful resolution, including recurrence prevention across global sites.
    • Perform data analysis to understand root causes of misses in cycle time completion and below target audit scores; collaborate with stakeholders for solutioning.

    Profil

    Who we're looking for

    • 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8 years of experience with a Master's Degree or 5 years of experience with Ph.D.
    • BA/BS degree in a STEM field and/or Quality Management.
    • Experience as a Project/Program Manager with escalating responsibilities.
    • Demonstrable abilities in advanced structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, PDCA), Lean Six Sigma, and other established quality tools.
    • Experience in successfully leading others in structured problem-solving methodologies and use of quality tools to solve complex problems.
    • Knowledge and application of Change Management methodologies across a global organization is required.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Knowledge of/experience working with semiconductor device properties, product development, and manufacturing processes is highly desired.
    • Experience in Quality Management, Product Development/Engineering, Manufacturing, or Customer Service is a plus.
    • ISO 9001:2015 auditing and/or participation is a plus.
    • Ability to exercise forward thinking via integration of data analytics and AI applications is highly preferred.

    As a Software Engineer at Lam, you will be at the forefront of innovation by designing, developing, and troubleshooting, and debugging software programs. Your role is pivotal in developing software tools that support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms.     • Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation.
    • Designs components using variety of metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
    • Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
    • Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
    • Develop and conduct feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
    • Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.
    • Provide key deliverables including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), technical specifications, risk analysis, test specifications, and design review presentations.

    • Technical college (HTL) with 3-5 years of relevant work experience

    • University degree in a technical field
    • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar function
    • Clear and thorough communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    • Excellent project management skills. Experience in Agile methods, such as Scrum is preferred.

    Profil

    Aufgaben

    The Director of Key Account Technology (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers while developing and growing the team. As Director of KAT, you will be required to attend customer technical review meetings to represent the Clean Product Line. Additionally, you will be responsible for the department and developing the Key Account Technologists within the team. This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment, as well as the ability to provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success. It also requires strong leadership skills.

    • Leadership: Grow and develop the team to meet the needs of the Clean Product Line
    • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
    • Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
    • Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research clean technologies.
    • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.
    • Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research clean technologies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives.

    Profil
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Technical Experience: Minimum 12 years' experience in the semiconductor industry with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a master's degree or 5 years with a PhD.
    • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports. Department leadership experience preferred.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
