Zur Verstärkung des Teams in Steindorf/Kärnten sucht MANN + HUMMEL zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n

Qualitätsmitarbeiter in der Produktion (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

• Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen an Produkten und Bauteilen
• Produktmessungen mit geeigneten Prüfmitteln
• Freigabe von Produkten gemäß Prüfvorgaben
• Eigenständige Nachbearbeitung fehlerhafter Produkte
• Einhaltung und Kontrolle von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
• Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen und Abweichungen
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von ISO 9001-relevanten Prozessen
• Mitwirkung bei internen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und "Lessons Learned"-Prozessen

Dein Profil:

• Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von Messmitteln und Prüfverfahren
• Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen und Qualitätsanforderungen
• Erfahrung mit ISO 9001 und idealerweise ISO 14001 von Vorteil
• Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
• Hands-on-Mentalität
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Flexibilität

Aufgaben

• Define target pricing for Clean Products.
• Recommends deal closure strategies.
• Conduct quarterly marketing and account reviews.
• Plan and manage Clean Evaluation Tool strategy.
• Participate in Configuration Reviews as a representative of the Business Development team.

• Executes product market share and profitability objectives
• Represent the voice of the account team within the Product Group.

Profil

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Preferred: MBA as well as a bachelor's degree in physics, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
• Strong intercultural collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry ( ) in occupation group G or H depending on educational background and experience.
